PS: If you spend an average of fewer than 7,5 hours in bed last week ex: 7 hours in bed and you slept 6 hours. Then don't go for 7.5 hours of time in bed but 6,5 hours deduct 30 minutes of your time spent in bed, in order for it to be a sleep restriction.
