So what can you take away from this program? Firstly, each person is unique. So there's really no one size that fits all. I've taken the 10 most common questions asked by hundreds of patients of mine and compiled this particular course around them. Chances are, if you are struggling with health issues related to weight gain and how to lose it, these are questions that you have also asked. Secondly, the inflammation goes below the surface to what is happening within the cells.

The purpose of this is to increase the sustainability of changes that you make. Many programs offer advice, that's very helpful, but because there's no understanding of why, once the individual is off the program, they cannot make choices that keep them moving towards health because the Y has not been explained. This course is primarily about the Y So it becomes easy, easier to extrapolate information into your own individual lifestyle. Thirdly, I've added easy reference PDFs to download it stick on your fridge, for example. This allows for quick reference long after you finish the course. In addition, I do provide personal contact with my students.

To assist them if they've got questions that I have not covered in this course. Please refer back to the slide that has my photograph for my email address, and you can email me your questions. For whom as this course, is generally for people over the age of 35, who's noticed that their health is flagging, and their energy seems to be sapped. Also, they've noticed that weight is creeping on. It's for people who are proactive about their health. It's for parents who want to make good grounding choices for their children.

And it's also a course that's at a level for health. professionals who are needing a quick overview, a recap of what they've already learned. What are the requirements, a willingness to make lifestyle changes. Of course, if we wanted to make physical changes, it doesn't come with art lifestyle changes. The other requirement is it's for people who have a deep interest in what really happens in the body. So not just the surface of what do I need to do, but to delve a little bit into what is going on in my body.
