Hi, this is how introverts begin their presentation, not necessarily with the red ball, but with a technique to help them surpass their fear of public speaking. If you're an introvert, you may have a Red Bull with you. Or you can use another technique to help you get over the first few minutes until you've begun to actually say something. After that your knowledge will be more than enough to help you with your presentation. I put the ball down and that's put my nervousness aside. And now I want to tell you about a personal development plan that I have prepared for you and that will help you succeed in evolving on a personal level.

Why Does this mean? Well, if you're an introvert who wishes to acquire extrovert qualities, or if you have certain fears that you cannot surpass these tools will provide all the motivation and all the necessary steps for you to evolve from here to here. How do we do that? First of all, you need some working motivational technique I previously told you about this technique. It's called success breeds success, and it's the first tool that will help you keep moving towards your goal. Good.

Now that you have the necessary motivation to take off and reach the desired destination. A second tool that I want you to I want to offer you is an anti perfectionist technique. Why anti perfectionist? Because I as well as the majority of the participants in this course, are perfectionists. That's a real problem because a perfectionist makes very small steps towards his goal. In contrast, someone who is not oriented towards perfection is with Make a few big steps, and then a small step behind because the steps they took weren't as qualitative as those of a perfectionist.

But guess what, two big steps and small step backward. Take the much further than a perfectionist when you make small steps. So try to be someone who makes big steps. How can you be that someone? First of all, don't get stuck in that first part of your planning in establishing what you need to do to reach your goal? Make an essential clarification there and act be aware of what is real, because what is here, and what is here don't always coincide.

And if we get tired of trying to devise a perfect plan, the second we orient ourselves toward the exterior and become aware of the reality around us. We have a rude awakening by learning that theory isn't the same as practice. What happens then? Well We turn again to the theory and make another plan and make small steps. No, don't forget, it's better to make big steps forward and one small step backward, then do small steps. Our life doesn't go like this.

But like this. We experienced pleasant things and we've also experienced things from which you can learn a lot. The anti perfectionist technique is also called the Pareto technique, and you can check it out below. The first basic tool is your personal development plan, the plan that will bring you from here to here. I also have an advanced technique here that will help you with the strategy of getting to the top in general, the problem with online courses is that they teach you either from a zoomed out perspective, a global view, and telling you that you start from point A and you have to reach point B Without the details, or from zooming in perspective, telling you that you need to do 50 steps to arrive here. So how can you match your development plan with action with what is around you, and with what you're confronted with daily.

Here is where the four techniques comes in handy. It's called the pyramid technique. Using this technique, you will be able to start from the end from the peak of the pyramid. And from there you plan what you will be doing in 50 years or in 40 years and in 20 years, and build a pyramid of things you must do in order to reach the peak, you learn how to ignore all the tasks that are around the pyramid and work on those that form the foundation of the pyramid, the first level so watch the pyramid technique video to learn how to do this. Now I want to tell you another secret when I created discourse I was confronted with the problem with the vision that trainers have in personal development in motivating others to achieve their goals. Most trainers have two basic ways of explaining to their participants how to achieve success.

These two ways don't have anything in common. If you listen to trainer, you learn that in order to get from point A to point B, you have to focus on your qualities on what you do best on what brings you forward. That is because let's say you want to be a successful public speaker. When you concentrate on being a successful public speaker, and you ignore your problems like babbling, body language issues and focus on what you do best like voice projection, or the quality of the information you're presenting, you will be able to reach the peak. Other trainers do it the other way around in their vision, it's better to wipe away the greatest problem that you have and that prevents you from getting to this point. Imagine you want to fly and the right here at the peak, but there is a rock pulling you down.

Trainers teach you to get rid of that rock that's pulling you down and that theoretically, is preventing you from achieving success. Both techniques seem normal and rational, right? Perhaps you're already using one or another. But what if you use both of them, instead of only focusing on what you do best and quickly arriving at the big, but at the same time being pulled down by a great rock. Or maybe instead of focusing on that rock, and getting rid of it, but in the meanwhile, progressing very slowly upward? What if you could focus on both techniques how to do that, with the pyramid technique, you can make a personal development plan to bring you from here to here.

Good. You will notice that you're naturally good at certain things which help you reach this point. Let's take another example not from the training field. How about book writing? Okay, book writing it is, let's say that you're writing a book and you want to finish it in 30 days, the best time and place for you to write is during the day in a park. But to finish writing it, you also have to write during the night.

If you're someone who focuses on quick progress, and you don't think about the rock, you say, I write it during the day. As a result, you write during daytime and take breaks at night. Perhaps you'll finish sooner or later. Your alternative would be to get rid of the rock. And then you say to yourself, Well, I don't really need to write at night. What could I do to be okay with it?

Or maybe what solution can I implement at night, so that I can write more easily, perhaps some light bulbs that provide more light perhaps sleeping before writing at night, so I feel rested. Or maybe another technique that I could use to write the book faster. What happens then you get rid of the problem. And the result will be that you write more at night and less during the day. But your progress will be slow. What if you use both techniques?

What if you focused on making use of your abilities to achieve your success, and wiping away the things that keep you from doing so? If you were to write during the day, when you're at your most efficient time, and also apply the techniques you need to write at night, almost as well as you would during the day? Wouldn't that be really helpful? progressing using your skill and abilities and getting rid of your flaws, wouldn't both be more useful than doing one at a time when you use the pyramid technique in order to achieve your goal, take into account your qualities and count on them. develop them, and also get rid of some of the rocks that impede you. This is your personal development plan.

Using these methods and these basic tools, you will manage to progress quickly and get rid of the rock to not be trapped in your own perfectionist and to be permanently motivated to reach your goal. Using this technique, you know where you want to be and one you want to do and what you have to do to get there. Thank you. And I hope all of this will be helpful to you. I prepared these techniques during five courses that I've held until now that were focused exclusively on achieving excellence on going from point A to the final point of B. These techniques have helped dozens of other students before you and I believe they will also help you.

Thank you and I wish you a lot of motivation and good luck in your personal development have Have a wonderful day.
