I'd like to start with a exercise about who your role model is. It doesn't have to be someone who's alive. It could be a relative or friend, or someone very famous. Take a moment to think about who it might be someone who's has inspired you, someone whose achievements you admire? Or is that what is that quashes write down then that person now. Now ask yourself why you have chosen this person, be very specific.
Also endeavor to be realistic, or wanting to discover is this person's in a brand. This is the way you discover aspects you'd like to replicate, acquire or respond to more of Tracy's like to adopt realistically. My role models are Gandhi and my late grandmother. My reason is because Because of that great coverage, something I'd like more off, please take 60 seconds to the closest of your realm of dispatching Look over your list and pick three qualities that realistically you think you can aspire to take those are highlight them on your list. Now on a separate sheet of paper, perhaps, right, the first of these as a header, underneath that, write out what you can start doing today to best develop and nurture these qualities, for example, if courage is a core thing of Maya, what can you do today to nurture that maybe it's doing one thing different every day, outside your comfort zone, or take a lift, even if you feel uncomfortable doing that, well done.
Now, take that list and put it somewhere where you can review it every day and check how you're doing. It won't be long until have developed some of the qualities you most admire in your role model. And remember, whoever your role model is, they will have learned from their role models too, is how we learn and develop as human beings.
