DESCRIPTION: Exercise Do's and Don'ts
Consult your doctor if you are unsure about any of the exercises and dance movements in this routine.
Always warm-up and cool down as you would with any other form of exercise.
Centering and balance are key to this art form.
Warm-ups must be done for at least 15 minutes before you start the dance movements.
Always start off gently and remember you're a Goddess in the making, so embrace your femininity and be patient with your progress.
Warm-Ups and Posture Warm-Up Exercises:

Torso and waist side stretch.
Upper Waist Stretch
Lower Waist/Hip Stretch
"Humour" Stretch
Neck forward roll, tilt and stretch
Windmill arms
Wrist circles
Foot circles
Calves and feet
Lunges: forward and sideways
Full Body "Humour" Stretch
Tummy Awareness
Complete Tension Release (allow your shoulder to lead the swaying willow tree from side to side)
The "Shake Down" and knuckle taps
