Immediately after your interviews, try to find a coffee shop or some other place where you can take out your laptop, tablet, or even notepad and pen, to gather your thoughts from the interview. If you just finished a phone interview, then capture your thoughts as soon as you hang up the phone. There are many reasons why you should collect your thoughts right after an interview.
