Hello, welcome again. How are you doing? Good morning, afternoon or good night. It's a pleasure to be here again with you. Speaking about this amazing training the purpose of your life, Melissa on the last video showed us how we humans are very drowned into purpose, how purpose speaks with us on a daily basis. We saw that amazing video about sports and how inspiring it is.

She told us about how sports can relate and connect with people with purpose in a team. It also restored jobs, the 97 speech internally inside cooperation when he was coming back to Apple to restructure everything again. It was amazingly surprising how he speaks about values, core values and purpose and how he can relate to this to EPO and that was a God who transformed The word, the word as we as it is today, I'm pretty sure. He had an amazing influence in the things that we touch today in the things that we live today. And this truth, the importance of purpose. It's like a truth that has been hidden from us.

And there's a reason for this, our educational system, dates from the 1800s. And back there, the word didn't need outliers. The word didn't need people who think exponentially. People who work heavily inflow, people need our over over back there. The world needed people on average, with an average mindset. The word needed workers perfect trees, that is the industrial revolution of the 1800s.

So but today, we live in a different world like we saw and I want to show you now Some very interesting theories and studies about purpose relating to us in our world. The first of them is a study called How to live more than 100. It's very good. Indeed. there's a there's a teabag TEDx made by a guy called Dan Butner. I think it's really important for you to see this video.

It's very interesting. And these guy and these people, they're presenting a research about the Blue Zones. I don't know if you've ever heard about this, but the Blue Zones are some regions or some areas of World War and war people live on average more than 100. So, they had the idea of starting displaces studying the Blue Zones in try find some common traits among among all the Blue Zones, is there anything in common in these areas? And yes, we found eight things in common with them. This errors the First one is exercising naturally, people don't go to don't do extreme exercise.

We're not talking about marathons or, or something very extreme, but people on a daily basis, the exercise themselves, so for example, the work, they walk to work, they walk back from work to home. They fix the things in your own houses. So overall, they exercise naturally during the day. So that's, that's very interesting. The second factor is among the routine of the day, which I'm pretty sure for us for you and also as it is, for me, it's like Russia, we do a lot of things. But inside this routine, that is very Russia, people need to have calm and quiet moments.

That's why and that's where we talk, we start talking about meditation, mindfulness and a lot of things. People do this. A lot inside. goes on in the third and most important factor for us here is a very clear sense of purpose. So people inside this areas, they live purposefully, they know why they wake up every day. And it's interesting to speak about this because there's a CD in Japan, which is called Okinawa.

And they created a specific word, which is geeky guy. And this word means the reason why you wake up every day, your purpose, your life purpose. So people in this areas know their purpose. And it's very interesting that we see now a correlation our scientific correlation between purpose and living longer. We saw, we started seeing this in animals like with the purpose animals that are free animals that live in a cage in how we restrict their lives. In with humans, it is the same in all their specific relation with purposes.

That's very interesting, then you can take a look at the other factors, the eight factors that are effect correlated among each other. We have another training and leaving. It's not online yet. So we're going to deliver this online. But we do these in some kind of leader training that we have and other trainings about purpose and self development. And it's about this seven health balanced.

And it's interesting to see that the seven health service very much correlated to these eight factors inside the Blue Zones. So I thought that was very interesting. Another theory that I want to bring back to you, it's something that I got in contact eight years ago. It is about a guy called john D hackers. And this guy this guy was an Austrian psychologist, and he was totally personality and individuals overall and for him when we are born. We have one specific personality, our self, who we really are.

And this is called the superior self. And he's saying that the superior self is our essence, our core values are over here. A, we spent on average, zero percent of our time of our time, leaving or being our superior self. On the other hand, we spent 5% of our time in another layer of personality that we start to form, which is called the inferior self. And he's talking about this another layer on that pops up with society rules. So as we grow up, we realize that we need to be rules.

We need to behave ourselves in a certain way so we can live in society. And these Let's call restrictions starts to form another Leo layer of personality. Around the superior self, and we spent 5% of our time in superior self. And most interesting, there's a third layer of personality around the inferior self. And he calls this the mask. And we spent 95% of our time leaving the mask.

And that's the thing. Overall, we adapt our personality, we create a persona, to bring the results or to influence the people around us in a certain way that we think it is the best way especially at work. So overall, there's an expression I'm pretty sure you've heard as well, that when when when people do something that's unusual, and you think that a person is being authentic, and then you say, Oh, no, the man No, he's dropping the mask or she's dropping the mask. That's is the origin You have this expression and there's everything to do with the purpose. So why are we doing this training when trying to find our life purpose or discover creator life purpose, it's, it's a journey it's a path from outside to inside. In fact, we are trying to break or to correct the mask we need to crack our own mask because most of the time this is unconscious, unconscious.

Freud also talks about this and didn't civilization discontent about the ego and the things that we humans need to avoid suffering overall. And that's why we create the mask. So this has everything to do with Freud as well. So we are trying to crack the mask correct inferior self in gold directly to the superior self. In we when we are in contact with our superior self. That's when the happiness feeling arises.

That's pure happiness overall. And there's there's also a book is called happiness hypothesis, I strongly suggest to you and he, the book speaks about the correlation, the strong correlation between purpose and happiness, about our core, leaving our core values leaving our superior self. So overall, when we talk about purpose, it's not only about living longer, it's about living happier. That's amazing. Interesting. And the last question now is, yes, we can live longer.

We can live happier with purpose, but what about the influence in our work? Do we have a positive influence of our work? Like, in working flow, like any high flow? Yes. And another theory that I want to bring this to you? Or maybe someone some of you already know this guy, a little lot?

The guy's like Simon, is called Simon Sinek. I really admire this. This person turns up leadership in mindsets I strongly recommend his books. Why leaders less? Anyway, the guy is very interesting, a lot of TEDx that is worth watching as well. And he talks about the Golden Circle, the griddle the Golden Circle is like this.

All of the companies around the world know what they do a few companies, just a few companies are pretty much aware of how they do this. And basically, almost none of the companies know why the reason why they do what they do. So, the most successful companies around the world communicate in think in the in the opposite direction of the regular companies. So regular regular companies overall, they think in the communicate from outside to inside. The simple the simple things to the fuzziest things So everyone knows what they do. So a computer company, for example, as he was saying, can communicate like, yes.

This is our new computer. It has eight processors, and it's very fast. We talked about giga hertz and megabytes. And then some companies communicate how they do this. So we haven't, we have a very modern production line. We have the Six Sigma, we have a three years warranty, blah, blah.

In just a few people communicate to why they're doing what they do. And Apple for example, as we were speaking about Steve Jobs, it's a company that speaks that do think in speaks and communicate in the right and the opposite direction. So Apple, for example, communicates that they think different. They need the wants to change the world thinking different. That's why they do what they do. So first of all, they communicate their core phase why they exist.

And then by the way, we sell iPods, iPads, smartphones, blah, blah, blah. So Apple, it's not a company that communicates out from outside to inside, they start with the why they start with the purpose. And I try to use this in my team a lot to enhance and create a sense of purpose and fulfillment inside a team. And when you do this, you really feel the leadership and you refu the ownership inside a team. So like, a clear sense of purpose. It's very important to business to communicate to your customers, and also inside our own team to increase the ownership that we have or that we need in today's society.

Because the world is there's a lot of competition to the worth of wars the jungle, there's a lot of good people around. So we need To be very good, we need to be masters in what we do. And the only reason that we can do this is to love what we do. And the only reason to love what we do is to combine work and purpose in how can we combine work and purpose if we don't know our purpose. So unless videos I told you that knowing your life purpose is the first step of this self development journey, why the first because once you know your purpose, and we have this exercise and training as well, then you can adjust in shape all of the layers of your life according to your purpose. That's the starting point.

And I'm pretty sure once you know this, and you start to adjust your life in all levels. Then is the moment where you bring success at the same time, success and money, happiness and everything. So, purpose brings more life makes you live longer. This makes you live happier in purpose makes you more successful. So that's the importance of knowing your life purpose. And how many of us are really clear about what your purpose is just a few of us.

And I feel very lucky to have found this in my life and a few lucky to present this to you as well. I'm pretty sure now you were very excited to enter into the exercises. Because from now one we're really going to dig into the five questions and deliver to you the most precious assets or gifts that you're going to have in your life. Okay, let's go
