Okay, now that you have answered all of the five questions, it is time to begin a reduction exercise. Why reduction? Because overall, if you really did it well, I'm pretty sure you have a lot of things written in each one of the questions. So some people, for example, have a one two pages for questions, or a half page per question. Now, remember that we are after one life purpose sentence, we are after one sentence. Our life purpose should be so simple that we need to write it down on the back of our business card.

That's what we're looking for. We're looking for those sentence that sentence that when you look, it gives you goosebumps. It gives you some inner power to remove mountains in and do whatever it is that you need to do. It gives you that butterflies in your stomach. You read, and you rethink your entire life and then you remember, yeah, that's it. That's why it exists.

That's why I wake up every day. That's my geeky guy. So that's the sentence we're looking for. And the five questions, it's just the beginning for this. So we need before the sentence, we need some in between steps. So I really want you to download the template we provided.

It's over there for you, because it will help you it will guide you through the process. It will help you to keep the perspective of this reduction exercise it is extremely important. Everyone who downloaded this and using the template had an amazing result. So I really encourage you to do this. If you haven't already, just pause and do this now if you want to print so you can do it on paper. Feel free.

Now, the first step Once you have all of the answers separated in one answer per sheet, I'm pretty sure. Now we're going to do this, we're going to have to find the keywords for each one of the answers. For each one of your answers. We need to find those keywords. And when I say keywords are the most important words that reflect the meaning behind everything you wrote. So I'm going to give you some my personal example later, so it can take a look at how I did my own life purpose.

Then after finding the key words per answer, we're going to invert the answers. Because Mandisa said it before we got this from Charlie Munger, Charlie Munger is Warren Buffett's partner, the founder with him there today they run the Berkshire Hathaway and in my opinion, one of the most brilliant people persons alive in terms of mindset success. says money, perspective of life of enjoying life. And he has this amazing book resource, which is called the almanac by Charles t Munger. And he talks about the inversion. So for him as important as knowing why you want this knowing exactly what you don't watch.

So, the key thing here that helps a lot of people to do this exercise is this. You have to remember that for this, it's ain't just answer this question what we need to avoid, once you have all of the answers and once you have identified the key words. Now you have to know based on this, why do you have to avoid? Why do you need to avoid in your life, okay, this is very important for some people avoiding things. It's much more important than doing other things. So you have to be aware of this So invert each one of your answers and keywords.

Or you can create a phrase, a sentence, a paragraph, whatever. Let's just invert the idea that will help you to create the next step, which is the purpose sentences. Remember, we are not writing your life purpose sentence and the final one. Now, we ideally you want five purpose sentence, one for each one of the answers. So, that's, that's the part where you go from one text or one paragraph that you insert to one sentence. be simple, be direct, straight to the point clear.

You have to do this with yourself and especially be 100% honest, if you if you if you're not telling the truth, you are the only person, the person who's going to suffer with us So, three steps now first one, keywords, second one, invert, and third purpose sentences. Very important. Some people when when they were answering the five questions, they already start to realize there's some things in common. And where when they're going to find the five purpose sentences, they ask, Hey Lucas Can I can I can write four. Because with the fourth or with the first, I'm going to combine two answers that I had. Totally you can because at the end, we're going to find just one sentence.

So feel free to reduce even more if you want. If you if some if someone is uncomfortable with five, just want to do six or seven. It's okay. But ideally, I really encourage you to do one purpose sentence per answer. So, my person example for example, how I did one way When I was answering that question about if money were not an issue, what would I be doing with my life? So my answer, of course, it was huge.

I wrote like a text. But it was about challenging the world questioning the status quo and doing things in a different way. At the time, I was I didn't know exactly why I was doing what I was doing and I was questioning all the system directories, I was inside. I really wanted a different routine, talk about different topics, leaving the comfort zone all of this are helping people to find your own destiny as well. So all of this work inside my was inside of my answer. So when I found the key words, inside my answer was like this so different.

I was talking a lot about being different doing things in different ways. So that were different was crucial to me. Question the status quo. I remember Every time I was reading things about doing things in a different way, or creating a disruptive business, I lead the team in different way achieve different results that have never been achieved so far. So, question the status quo was very important to me in all of the aspects. And if money was not an issue, I'm pretty sure I will be just doing this for business or something.

That was my thinking at the time. upstream, I was very influenced by the book, made in America by Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart, which is guy on earth for so many years, brilliant guy in terms of business mindset. He wrote a book when he was about to die about the things that made him the main he was a swimming upstream was a rule for him. I mean, if everyone's going to that direction, I'm going to the other direction. Mark Twain is also saying this time you see yourself with the mainstream with the majority of the people stopping rethink your life challenge everything I was I was always questioning everything why why this way that so quest challenge, very important for me in sustainability. Because when when I was thinking about doing things in a different way, I also was questioning the consumption system that we have today the consumption economy, everything today is based on consumption, our GDP in a lot of things.

And that for me is not good for plants. So we need to find another way to consume without harming the planet and guaranteeing our future on Earth. So these for example, were for me some keywords that appeared in this answer. How would I invert this so there's a lot of different ways to do this. In my in in my exercise At the time, when I was reading this I was thinking about, I need to avoid extreme routines, doing the same thing over and over again every day, waking up at the same time, going to work at the same place, driving the same car, doing the same things, speaking about the same things when I'm out of out of work. So I need to avoid these kinds of things.

And once I'm aware of this, I can realize and take a look at my own reality and think I don't want this I need to change. And these are two examples of key words and inversion of my answer. And after this, you need to create a purpose sentence, a purpose sentence that it's using this key words and also the information. So one example of a purpose sentence here could be for example, do you think in a different way, or for example, always question the status quo. So that's an example of a sentence or challenge the system. I want to challenge my life on a daily basis.

So that's examples of purpose sentences, but only focus on these. Question over here. Okay? So, take your time. This is a very deep exercise very deep for this. People overall take, I don't know, one hour, one hour and a half, or, I don't know, take your time and do this in a very the best way you can.

Because that's your life and we're getting really close to the end. Okay, don't be attached too much to everything you wrote. That's why the key words are here. Kate trusts your inner instant, trust your heart modem to your brain. Okay. See you in the next one.
