Hello, today's video is going to show you how to use Google sites to make a website. There's a couple of ways that you can get to Google Sites. If you want, you can go from the nine dots. If you're in a Google application, or even a Google search page, if you click on that sites is right here, it'll bring you right to this menu that we're at. Or if you're in Google, you can just type in Google Sites, and it'll bring you to the URL for that. So when you first get into Google Sites, there, when Google first started, there was an old site, Google sites and a new Google Sites, the new Google Sites is a lot easier to use, and they keep adding features to it.

The old Google Sites is actually going to go away. I believe, by the end of 2018, all old sites are going to have to be migrated to new sites. But until then, you see the screen every time you try to go into Google Sites. So the first thing you need to do is to come over here where it says new Google sites and make sure that you are Click on that. So depending on if you've created sites before or not, or if anybody has shared them with you, this is your dashboard. I have a bunch of sites and some students that have sent them in.

What you're going to see if it's the first time you're going is is is basically the same screen but just blank. So to start a new site, you go down to the bottom and click this plus sign. And I'll bring you right into a Google site.
