Now that they know what they are supposed to do after training, hopefully, they will be ready to pick up the learning so they will be successful after class.
But training can be so freaking boring!  If a training vendor wanted to get in front of my workforce they had to show how they plan to engage students and how they would be teaching the skills and knowledge and behaviors the students would need when they left the classroom. Let me explain.
