Hello, this is a course for anybody who is involved in close working with students, either as a teacher in a classroom, as a mentor or a teacher, trainer. Somebody in educational management working in a school environment, anywhere where you think that you would like to offer some help, be it help that's given by somebody else or indeed self help involved in working well with students. I've called it school improvement, but basically it's, it's all about teaching and learning. Some of the things may be fairly obvious, fairly self evident, but I hope after a lifetime in the teaching profession, I've got some tips and tricks that may be of interest and value to all kinds of educationists.
