DESCRIPTION: Poor communication occurs when there is a discrepancy between what is said and what is heard, whether it be between colleagues a friend, family, or between an employee and a manager. More specifically, the understanding between two people is not mutual when the person being communicated to misunderstands what you&rsquo;re communicating to them. When you ask for more specific information about what is making them feel good or bad, though, people often grope around for a rationale that could explain their feelings instead and this issue makes it hard to judge the solution.
