DESCRIPTION: Sales Training for Entrepreneurs is designed specifically for startups and entrepreneurs. Unlike traditional courses, this course covers the basics in such a way to address the needs of startups, because their constraints are different and unique. This module is the first in a series of workshops and seminars providing a comprehensive overview of the sales skills every entrepreneur should master in order to succeed in their business venture. We cover the fundamentals of sales cycles and strategies, identify the various skills needed to be successful in sales, as well as highlight the dynamics of the sales process. Instead of being theory-oriented, this course focuses on practical tips and street-level advice that every entrepreneur must master and includes material and knowledge that most entrepreneurs lack.
