So why do you need to develop the right mindset? What's the purpose behind doing all of this? And what's your number one reason why that you're actually doing anything associated with this program? Know that your answer is closely connected with what you're going to actually see materialize through this course, as well as face any challenge along the way. This reason is what you'll have to remind yourself of, if you're going to achieve anything of significance associated with this course. So if you want to change your behavior, or the behavior of anyone around you, particularly your partner, you have to change your thought process first.

So if you want to change the world around you, change your perspective, change your thought process first. We all have a little voice within our head. And this voice is usually the reason why we engage in negative self talk negative self talk is one of those things that can hold us back from creating positive change in our lives. It's also the reason why we never really make things happen. Why do we not see the world around us the way we would like, we are victims of this little voice. It's never going to happen.

Things are never going to work out that way. You really think that's going to work out, it's never going to materialize. We are primarily focused on how things are going to turn out badly, versus looking at things in the positive and framing things in a positive sense, so that they can actually materialize in the real world in that fashion. We are unfortunate victims in this case, but I don't want that to happen to you. And for that reason, I would like you to engage in the exercises laid out in this lecture so that you actually start to think more positively and change the world around you. So how do you do that?

You do that through affirmations. affirmations are statements that are framed in the present tense, and may seem untrue at first when you say them. However, the more you repeat them, the more they engage with your subconscious mind and ultimately transform it so that you think consciously as well as it materializes in the world around you. Very powerful stuff, provided you focus on the process. So what I'd like you to do to make this happen is write down five affirmations. For example, I love my partner or I am doing this for him.

I am doing this for her or I am doing what it takes to set things right. Notice how these statements are laid out. But remember, for affirmations to truly work, you need to write them down yourself. And I'm going to lay out a few steps for you so that this process becomes a lot easier. But one prerequisite is a must here. And that is you have to write down a short essay revealing the reasons why this statement is actually true to you.

Initially, when you frame the affirmations, they are going to seem untrue, but with repetition they are going to work. But what you need to do is lay out some reasons as to why this is important to you, and why you are associated with this statement. Very powerful stuff, provided you follow the process. So let's run through the steps first. The steps necessary for you to make affirmations are as follows. Make sure that your affirmation contains only positive words.

Now this is very critical. We don't want to have words Like, can't or won't, shouldn't must. It's never going to work for you. You want to create statements that avoid all of these negative words that put undue and unnecessary pressure on you. Instead, you want to reframe them and use positive words, just like how we did in the previous one. I am doing this for my partner.

That's a great positive affirmation. The next step is to make sure that your affirmation is in the present tense. And also, it may seem untrue at first. No, that even if your statement is untrue at first, as long as it is in the present tense, you are going to associate yourself with it over a period of time. It is going to work out for you with repetition, but first, make sure it's relevant. This course is all about you creating changes in your life.

That will be associated with either improving your sex life, or your emotional connectedness, intimacy and the love that you feel with your partner. So make sure that within the context of this course, all of the affirmations that you make are closely associated with that. Next, repeat your affirmation at least 20 times for three times a day for up to 21 days at a time. Now realize that it may seem like a lot of effort at first, but the results are well worth it. engage in these positive affirmations 20 times for three times a day and you will see huge results in just 21 days time. I promise you this because we are going to transform your subconscious mind and how you think about things in the first place so that you can improve your relationship in all respects.

Lastly, if you want to take your permissions to the next level. empower your affirmation with physical touch. Now let's say I am improving at sex. I can either clench my fist, as I'm saying this, or I can rub the top of my other hand, or I can hold my hands together tightly and repeat these statements. What are we doing this for, we are associating some things that we associate with strength, like clenching our fist, or holding our hands together and pressing them tightly. So that that affirmation is closely associated with strength.

If you empower your affirmation with physical touch, it's going to bring all of the things associated with affirmations full circle. So make sure to follow all of these five steps so that you can make it work for you rather than you having to work for it. Now, remember, that if this process is going to work, and you actually want to see it happening. You have to believe in the process. And that starts off with you hearing it and saying it again and again. That's why the affirmations are in place so that you start believing in this stuff.

And once you believe in the system, you start to make changes within your life. When you attempt to make these changes, initially, things start to change for the better, they will slowly improve. But ultimately know that when things slowly improve, you attain confidence in the process. That is the most crucial thing. Once you start to see results. That's where the magic lies within this course.

And in your own life, you just need to believe in the process. Now let's say that healthy eating and exercise is what helps someone lose a lot of excess fat. Now there's an obvious process in there that may seem inconvenient They have to exercise. That's a little bit of hard work for some people, or they may have to forego some of the things that they enjoy eating. But ultimately, when they realize that, hey, I'm losing fat, and this was never possible before, but I'm following the simple process, and it seems to be working for me. That's when you enter the last phase.

And that is when you attain the confidence necessary in this entire process. You realize that changes happen automatically with little to no effort. Look at all of those people who have made exercise and healthy eating a part of their life, who have made it a habit. They really don't need extra motivation to go to the gym, nor do they have to really motivate themselves to avoid that stuff that probably isn't good for them. They do it willingly and they enjoy the healthy foods that they eat. They enjoy the exercise.

Pattern. And that's why they don't really have to put in a lot of effort into maintaining that lifestyle. But it all comes down to them number one reason why and that's what you need to discover. So once you discover your reason why never forget it. Your reason why is going to power you through any challenges that you may face and is going to allow you to sustain the mindset that you have worked so hard to create. Never forget your reason why.
