Some people have certain views about working in a team whilst others see things from a different perspective.

I'm a member of a dysfunctional team. And I do not accept that the people I work with care about my success and happiness, and I refuse to believe I can change. I realized this may come as a bit of a surprise, but gather each achieves more is simply not true. People work here just for the money. Everyone knows my priorities. My own personal success is more important than my team success.

I feel that my co workers are more likely to stab me in the back than watch my back. I don't think that my fellow workers will say only good things about me when I'm not present. In the future, I anticipate that I'll receive more information through the grapevine than proper channels. I don't believe that every interaction will embody trust, collaboration, openness and candor. Not in my workplace. negativity and lack of enthusiasm will be rampant.

Specs will be minimal. Blaming and finger pointing which will take precedence over accountability will impact your results and the overall work environment. I envisage that there's no hope for me, my team and my organization unless we take active steps to reverse it.
