Hello everyone very excited Jade from career journey professional. And welcome. And congratulations to day one of the five day to encounter your purpose for Korea very excited. I'm very excited to embark this journey with you and hopefully this will be a meaningful as well as playful I hope. I hope it will be fun as well for you this little journey that we go through and to find out more about you to have more details as in what you will get excited and that is meaningful for you as a career. So very looking forward.

That's it. Let's get started. Just to two sentences. First one, I want to remind you, I always want to remind my clients, there are always jobs out there for you. No matter what kind of economy it is, no matter what life stage you are. They are always jobs out there for you.

Once you get really clear on what excites you As in your passion, you know what, you're really good at your core competence? And what are the values that you're looking for in Korea. And then we map that into the real job, market, the real job roles that actually exist. And once you map it out, and then you repackage yourself, you present yourself in a way that's best for the employer to understand you. Nothing can stop you. There are always jobs out there.

Great. And another thing that I want to I really like is the sentence if you don't design your own life plan, chances are you fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much. That's exactly the same. For everything actually not live.

Think about if you have a day free and you didn't plan thing it didn't plant much, then chances are your life will be dictated around by people around you or even yourself. What does that mean? Maybe your mom will ask you to do some laundry. Maybe your friends or siblings will ask To pick up something from the groceries or from the post, post shop, or it could be by yourself, it could be spending the time browsing YouTube or Facebook, which is actually dictated by the people, the marketers on Facebook and YouTube, what they want you to see, right. So the best way is to have a rough plan for yourself but also having that flexibility and freedom to choose what you want to do as well. And that is what we're going to do today for day one, to really dig into the details of the ideal lifestyles and career style for you so that you can have that plan that's aligned with yourself that's for actually for yourself, can't wait to get started.

So the first section is we trying to find out what is possible for your career in life. And here I want you to be to be the best version. Imagine you are the best version of you imagine you're living the best version of life for yourself. What are they? What are the details? What is it Really like?

So, some questions for you to think about. First, what are the most important things people events in your life? Well, I, I would suggest that either way, it's actually to break it down. You can think about from maybe from zero to 10 years old. And that could be for some people maybe having, having won certain awards at school, or becoming, becoming the representative of your class or, you know, doing your ballet competition or some sports competition. Or it could be two simple things, one on a family trip with family to Alaska, something like that.

And then from probably your teenage years to your 20 then you have something detrimental to yourself as well like a turning point or something really important to you, what defines you what changed your life course. And for some Have a like for me, I went abroad to study in the UK, from Hong Kong. That's a life changing environment that life changing events incident. And from 20 to 30. For me, it's starting my own business, decided to work for myself decided to help and reach out to as much people as possible dalish how very challenging but also it kind of defines and makes me who I am today. So think about those events chronology, chronologically, or and just whatever you can think of for yourself.

And secondly, what makes your life meaningful. What do you wish you have achieved before the end of your life? This This could be again, various things, some of my clients, one of them really, I'm really excited for her. She was planning for seven years to go to to go to Africa to see the Animal migrations and but she didn't she failed like she was procrastinating and didn't go. And eventually when we set up her plans, it was part of her plan and it actually happened so very happy for her. Same for me actually.

Always Always wanted to go to South America after Ever After graduated and then it's it's a good almost 10 years before I actually did it. It was all because I think I realized if I don't do it now, I probably wouldn't do it in the future. Not just traveling, of course, what do you wish you have achieved before the end of your life? It could be it could be I don't know buying that motorcycle you always wanted really learning to play piano for your favorite song or singing for your loved ones? What is it that you really want to achieve? And for a lot of us, it's definitely spending time quality time with our family, our loved ones, to improve to reach out how people and how to help the world.

Maybe saved Planet, write it down will make your life meaningful. And what do you want to be? How do you want to be remembered? So imagine, by the end of your life, if you are to look at the end of your life, how do you want to be remembered? For me, I want people to remember me as someone fun to be around, you know, relaxed and fun, interesting. And also authenticity being real.

That's probably to me to myself, like being real as much as possible to express myself in every possible situation as close to the to me as possible. On the left, this third one is actually what's the key value like what what is what are the core value of you that you you want to leave? Leave out in your life, actually to help you here is a list of personal values and that may help you to answer Above questions or give you a guidance of some below exercises. But however, don't overthink it. I mean, if you want to put it down, and just go around and do something else, and when you're when your brain can be can be more focused when you come back to it. Also, this is a PDF that you can add it you can write in it.

However, if you do prefer writing things down, printed out and writing things down, go ahead and do that too. I know for some people, it's really magical for me as well. actually writing things down. However, it's easy for you, I want this to be as pleasant and as easy as possible for you. So here are a list of values. And one thing that I noticed was my client when you're reading this values, don't overwhelm yourself and try to pick up so many words.

Just pick the first few words stand out, and don't overthink it. You can come back to this but like don't spend 20 minutes reading this list and try to pick up pick up all the important values. Great and the Next next little exercise, career and lifestyle goals. So, whenever I start with a client, it's not just a career because eventually, we we work so that we can live a better life. We're not living to work, right. So your career should fit into your lifestyle, the holistic lifestyle as in a life that contains many things, we have many balls that we need to juggle around.

But this is where we can have a look of it. And again, don't criticize yourself. Don't be too harsh on yourself. This is what we're looking at what you really aspire to be what you want to achieve in various of various areas of your life. Great. Let's get started.

Occupational life. Obviously, this is what we're talking about your career. What kind of work appealed to you most as in elements of work are most important. Some of the reason clients that I've been working with that I realized I Myself included is actually teamwork. If you gave her a task or project to finish on herself, she may procrastinate it. However, if she is surrounded in a good team as in like, or even some trainee like people, she newbies that she needs to train, she will be much more motivated to work.

So probably working towards a project in a team environment is something that you would like then then obviously chunk it down to work. But all the details that's included, like I said, Tim work however, working to work to project project and probably you like to work on non for profit, non for profit, or that kind of project makes you excited, then go for it. Great. So, again, don't overthink this, two or three, three or four some of the points that work that really appeals to you. If say, we all know that they are now there's the bloggers or bloggers who traveled the world but still makes money. If you like that, write it down, but think about What's the specific element elements that inspired you that that you feel like oh wow, that's so cool.

Maybe it's the freedom to work at anytime or anywhere. So freedom to work at anytime anywhere and but not necessarily has to be someone who who is a vlogger or a blogger cool. So for Occupational and let's move down to the left How would you ideally like to spend your free time interesting. I actually look at one of the thing that when we explore personal interests with my clients that people may write down a lot of things but for me, I would like to draw down so tell me of all the things you listed out you like cooking like swimming and you like, you know painting. What do you actually spend time on last weekend, the weekend before what have you actually spend your free time on and and spend considerable amount of your free time on for me I actually spend a lot of time reading and learning personal development stuff.

So that could be something you write down and interesting to explore your personal life. Think about it. What do you how do you actually spend? Or how do you like to spend more time on third and things you wish to further advance your skills in certain things or you wish you really wish you had longer time doing this and that. All right, and then moving down? What kind of relationships do you want to have?

Now this include community, family and social life. How do you want to involve in your communities, you've probably heard of this saying that your average social status and income is the average of the five people that's closest to you. And so think about it, what kind of community or kind of support you want to be, what kind of activities that you want to do with people. That's close to you. So what kind of relationship that could be supportive, or you may want to have certain mentors so that could be people who give you guidance or people who can listen to you. Or simply just people who can go out with you.

You can enjoy good food with you who can sing and dance and drink with you. That's good as well write it down, and how you want to be involved in your community. So some of us may want to have some alone time. And some of us may want to spend a lot of time with other people. And depends sometimes you are an extrovert. Some of us are introvert or a combination of the both.

That's fine, and write it down. Moving down to the bottom circle, physical life, how would you like to improve your physical helps. So obviously, all of us there's always room to improve Um, how is your physical house at the moment? For me, I had an ankle injury ligament on the beginning of the year. So obviously, I want to enhance the stability of my ankle. Or you may just want to become more lean toned, reduce body fat or you just want you some of us they don't care about weight but it is one look better that's fine to write it down.

I'm moving to the right one spiritual and emotional life are their thought processes habits or relationship patterns that you like to change? spiritual labs will give you like, what gives your daily life purpose now this one I would like to increase in include my relationship with myself as well. Actually we spend most of the time with ourselves. I mean, we're having his mind chatter. We're talking to ourselves all the time. How would you like to improve that?

How can you be more supportive, loving, gentle to yourself? For me, maybe this is something I've been doing for a long time. So I have my daily gratitude journal which I I write down gratitude to live, that I have a beautiful dog and a cat but also things that I acknowledge that I did well as well small things in life like I went to gym today. Or I had, I wanted to have broccoli in and ahead, it was really, really nice experience. It was really satisfying. Stuff like that.

Think about it, and write it down. Okay. Now we should have enough elements of the things not just values but the details from all this to exercise for you to visualize a ideal life in three to five years. Now, this part, I would like you To close your eyes and then follow my voice, play some music. And then just try to follow my voice and guidance. See what you can feel you can send.

You can experience from this to close your eyes. Imagine now it's three years from today and you're just waking up and going to work. You're feeling very excited energetic, because you had a restful sleep. You had a nice breakfast with your loved ones.
