In the restaurant it was not crowded, they were able to walk up and order food. Customers who had entered the restaurant walked up to the counter and noticed that the clerk who was working at the cash register was talking on the phone with her back turned, and felt that her conversation was more important than helping the customer. Each customer who walked into Burger King had a different experience, what each customer had in common, as they felt that their business simply did not matter to the employee who was on the phone.
