Welcome back, I am very excited that you decided to travel this far with me. I mean, most people can't even finish a sandwich. And here you are finishing a very deep and challenging course. But you must know that you're never finished. The challenges and new experiences make life interesting and beautiful. That East tools you now have can be used in all walks of life.

I want to make sure that you get the most out of this course. And this video is designed to make sure that you do that. Definitely go back and watch all the videos again, make sure that you're watching them without distractions and that you're taking notes. Go back through your journal and watch your growth day by day as you're watching the videos and really put every principle in your life and ask yourself how it relates to your situation. Make sure that you understand the wolf analogy and consistently ask yourself what is the quality of my thoughts what wolf Am I feeding? Use the pause breath to interrupt any old and useless patterns and keep your idle minds attention on your ideal self.

Keep reading Finding this future image of yourself. Don't pile too much on your plate but consistently challenge yourself a little bit every single day growth will make you very happy. Avoid that why monster and avoid seeking more and more answers until you've given this course and these new practices, a very fair shot. I've helped many transform their lives. And you have to understand that for this to stick, it really needs to be a six to eight week process. Make sure you're asking what can I do, and how can I get there.
