Again. So this is a part where we're going to deep dive into our own story, our own subconscious story. Or maybe you're conscious of the story. But we want to dive into this story that we tell ourselves and that we made up that constructed our lives that be the way it is currently. So, have your journal ready. There's no slides involved.

It's just you and be prepared to really confront yourself. Right? confront yourself in the way that you have constructed your life, right? This is all of matter of our decisions that we made. Life is just a combination of choices and we make choices in every moment of our life. So the first part of this is going to be to think about where you want to have your biggest breakthrough right now, where it Is it that you want to excel?

And what do you want in your life? That's not really there, right now. What's one of those things that once you have that in mind, right, whether it be I want to travel or I want a better job, I want a career or I want a family that where people aren't, you know, running around with like chickens with their heads cut off, or I want to be able to be more, more stern or I want to speak up for myself. I want to be able to be more deliberate with the decisions that I make. Whether it's a tangible thing or whether it's a version of yourself. Get clear on with this thing is let's work with one thing at a time.

You can do this process for everything. We're going to work with one thing at a time. So have one thing in mind. So I have one thing in my for the breakthrough that you want. The reason why you got into this course what is that? Right?

Let's work with So what is it that you really want? And you got clear on your vision and your values in the last module? So what is that that you are driving for that you want? And with that in mind, ask yourself or I'm asking you answer my question. Why don't you have that right now? What are the factors that come into play for why you don't already have it?

Write that answer down. And this could be, you know, because I went to a poor school, and we didn't have the resources for me to get a good college. Or it could be you know, my coworkers don't allow me to if my boss is holding me back, I don't, I don't have the same opportunities as someone else had. Or it could be something as simple as I don't get up early enough. I'm not disciplined, right. I like spontaneity too much to have routine in my life.

That was one of my beliefs. For a long time, so, you know, what are the reasons that you do not have that thing that you want in your life that the biggest breakthrough that you want? Why don't you have that? Why aren't you that person right now? Why isn't that in your reality right now? Write that down.

Take some time possibly to write that down when he talks about. So once you have that written down, even look at it real hard. And then you look at yourself real hard. And you look at the paper real hard, you put yourself real hard and you think, huh, maybe somebody here is making this up, right? Maybe we could have gotten past some of these things. Maybe these reasons aren't the exact reason why I don't have it.

Because you can disprove whatever the reasons are, right? I'm sure there's been somebody who may be doing Have the education or didn't have the means of whatever whatever means that you that you wrote down whatever those needs are, I'm sure you can think of somebody who has had those means, but still surpassed in some way. Right? So recently I've been saying, This is hard. So recently I've been saying, instead of I want, I choose not to write, I want a better paying job. I want to have, you know, a great support group I want, whatever it could be.

I'm choosing not to write I'm choosing not to take this extra step because of how I've just been conditioned on my life. I'm choosing not to be able to be a really I'm choosing not to be able to do a struggle right now. That's a personal thing, right? I want to be quite flexible and I'm choosing not to do the thing that I want to do with my body because I am not doing the things that I need to do. due for my body. So in that sense, it's not that I don't.

It's not that I want to. And it's I just can't get it. It's I'm choosing not to, so I'm not getting it. Yeah. So that's making sense, right once you can debunk the reasons for why you don't have why you're not in the place that you want to be right now. Then you write and create a new story around those things.

And actually, before you go to create a new story, when you answer those questions, or I'm not, I don't have this because XYZ that is a belief, and I would like for you to look at that belief to see you where it came from. Did it come from something that you witnessed just growing up just to meet the people in your reality? Like I've said a few times Growing up, black people didn't live here, right? So in my mind, it would be really hard for me to to get a house or a residence or an apartment in a place like this, because it's just not for me, maybe I wouldn't be welcomed, maybe I don't have the income to do so. And it will be hard for me to do that. Right.

So that's, that's something that I saw in my reality. That was true, right? It was true. What I saw. However, it didn't have to determine my decisions that I made, right. I just made that a belief.

And that's the end of it. It's not this is just a circumstance that I currently see that I can surpass. So I allowed my environment to create a stamp into my subconscious of what I could not do or what I could not have. So I chose not to be able to live in those areas. I chose not to be able to to see past what my own environment was showing me praying. That's how our subconscious has developed our subconscious.

As I said before, it just picks up things and 95% of that just repeats, repeats, repeats and repeats. So what have you What have we been repeating that is no longer true. That's what you want to look at. Right? And when writing this new story, and when confronting these beliefs take notice of where there's a theme, or like most of the beliefs came from this area. Most of the police came from that area, like most of us maybe came from my mom, maybe most of my beliefs, and my restricted or limiting beliefs came from how I was taught by my mom came from the environment that I grew up in came from, you know, college, this it was one time in college, I saw this thing or this thing happened to me or came from this event that happened when I was cooled over most of my bullet.

So see, if you can pinpoint where most of these beliefs came from. And forgive that. See if you can pinpoint where a lot of those beliefs came from, and release that. Right, which is going to take time. It's going to take time to do so in order for you to know that even though this thing was true in the moment is no longer true now, and you can say that consciously, but your brain is going to say, No, no, no, no, no, don't do that. Remember the thing that happened two years ago?

Don't do that. Don't just go up and talk to those people. You know, who knows what might happen? Don't just have a relationship and think it's going to be easy. No, no, no, no, no. Remember all the relationships that you've seen.

Remember that remember the relationship with your parents, like remember the arguments, remember what that felt like? Don't think that it's possible to not go through that again. Alright, that brings us associates The the most intense memories that you have with the new circumstance that could be possible. So you have to go into that and remove the intensity of those activities and remove the intensity of those memories remove the intensity of those experiences when you remove the intensity and that involves forgiving yourself for holding on to it, and it involves forgiving those included and involved in the circumstance itself. Right? So once you can release that and forgive that and have that all slough off, right, because not just a conscious thing, okay, that doesn't, that doesn't apply anymore.

You have to go through processes mind body and soul to where that is no longer a part of you because it is it's a part of you trust and belief. So once you can remove that That from yourself, then when you go and rewrite the story, it'll be so much easier to believe will be so much easier to see, it'll be easier to visualize because you have released those other things that make space for the newness. So that's how that's going to work. Right? So that's how you can identify what your story is. Yes.

And if you think about it, and you start to think about what some of these stories are, really feel, take a moment and feel into what it was what it felt like at the time. You know, enemy because sometimes we go through life, and especially as kids right as kids, something might happen to us. And in our adult life right now, we don't really understand how traumatic it was for us as children. So, same as now we might not have understood how, how significant something was for us that it should our beliefs, and then it shapes how we Now navigate and move through life in a protective bubble, like in our bucks, right? So, and this is a box that we might not even know that we're in because we just are trying to protect ourselves. So when we think back to what some of these things are, think about the feeling that's there and sort of sit with that feeling enough for it to dissipate.

And for it not to be significant enough. And give it the space it needs, like acknowledge that the ship was sucked out like something probably in order for it to inhibit what we want in life right now. In order for us to not be able to grasp the thing that we really want. So that would be that was simple for other people. Maybe it's not simple for other people, sometimes it's not similar people. But either way, in order for us to not be able to dress something that we are that we want in first and not be To get to our real true potential, something has inhibiting us and we have to get over that.

But because it's uncomfortable when doing so, so that that's that the comfort part of it is a whole nother a whole nother module. So rewrite that story. rewrite the rewrite the reasons why you can't do this, right. So debug, this is a, it's I can't do this because, you know, I was dyslexic in school. So I don't really have the capabilities to do this. Even though people have been dyslexic, I've still seen people.

It's possible to surpass X, Y, and Z and make whatever kind of experience or do run a business or whatever else it might be. But once you have that, I don't have what I want because statement. Then you go into, this is bs because bla bla bla X, Y and Z right? And then once you have the bunk to those things and disproven those things, oh, your space and you're free to write your story again, you're free to write your story as to now I'm capable of this x, y, z, right? Or now I see people in this way now I'm sure that I can have this type of relationship without the, the, without the conflict around. Around arguments where without the conflict around cheating or without the conflict around trust, or without the conflict around money, you know, I'm able to to clearly see and do what I want.

Simply, I'm able to use what I have, and enhance that in order to get what I need and want in life. However, put the correct details for your own situation in there, but that's what you want to say and Do you want to believe so in a drop into this feeling, and make this feeling just as significant as the feeling of disbelief. You want to make this feeling so easy just just as it was easy for you didn't even realize maybe the subconscious blocks that you have, you want to make this feeling so easy that you don't even realize it that you have to go through this step. And you just go into what you want. You just go into making what you want, out of what you have. So with this, I want to do a small meditation so where you can feel in to what you want your vision and your values, right because you have to have a clear not just conscious knowing of it.

You have to have a clear feeling as to what this is doing for you and what it's bringing into your life and why you're doing these things. things and the results that is going to make for you, your family, your experiences, you have to be able to see these things in order to make them happen as smoothly as possible. So however you are, wherever you are just sitting, lying. Get comfortable in the space. Yes. Find a breath.

Just notice your breath. Don't try and change it. Don't try to do breath. Don't look at me. Close your eyes. closing your eyes and finding your breath visualizing the breath going in and out of your body.

As you breathe out, breathing out your old beliefs and excuses and your old way of seeing things. allow that to escape your body and no longer return. As you breathe in, your breathing in the vision that you have for yourself. You're breathing in the feeling that that's going to provide you once it is present feel that feeling now Feel that feeling as if it's happening right now you have what you desire. You have the results that you want. It's showing up for you and your life and you're doing all that you need to do and return.

Breathe that in. Breathe in how your environment is changing because you now have these things. Breathe in the feelings of ease and the feelings of the flow and how simple this was for you to acquire. See yourself in this vision see yourself doing the things that you need to do see yourself having the things that you want to have. See the people involved in your vision. What are they saying?

What are you saying? How does it feel to have that back and forth flow of support? He relax into this vision relax into this feeling. Allow this feeling to transfer from your head. Found the backs of your eyes, down your nose and your mouth and neck. Allow that feeling to drop your shoulders.

Allow that feeling to sink into your heart. Allow that feeling to sink into your stomach and your hips. Allow that feeling to seep down your legs. Allow that feeling to go down your legs and out of your feet into the environment that you're in. Allow that feeling to circle your energy and circle your body. Allow that feeling to encompass the environment you're in.

And you went to greatness feeling so much that wherever you go, it comes with you. Wherever you go, the environment changes because you have this feeling and this vision so firmly convicted. Along with the feeling along with the knowing, along with the having. Breathe in, breathe in. Breathe in the gratitude for having this vision. We Given the gratitude for having this vision come to fruition.

Allow the gratitude to completely fill your body. fill the space around you. Breathe in the gratitude, and breathe out the gratitude. Take in the gratitude and share the gratitude. Allow it to marinate. Allow it to marinate and upgrade your mind your body.

Your thoughts allow it to penetrate Treat your future experiences gratitude for that which has been for that which is coming. As things come up that no longer serve you. Be thankful that you're aware that it no longer serves you when you don't need it anymore. release that. As it comes up, you say I release you, thank you and then release you breathe in That which you want to believe in that which you desire. allowing it to come in as easy as you.

Give it back to your environments as easy as getting in touch with your body and feeling that's as easy as you and easily And okay. So know what's in your subconscious and know what your beliefs are. And know that a belief is only a thought you keep thinking. So if this belief isn't serving you, this belief is holding you back. Then you change your belief. And next part is to take action on that belief because you don't take action on it.

If you believe it's not true, it can't happen. So the module three is action. Taking action. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
