Let's begin with the model workspace. This one is in lesson two model workspace. As you you guys have already learned about what are the different kind of workspaces, how the UI of fusion 360 works, and how to use the data panel what is basically data panel. Right. And prior to beginning with the modern workspace, let me introduce some of the other things that is inside data panel that was earlier not included in the course. But it needs to be included.

That's why I'm telling. See, as soon as I click on the data panel, you can see samples are there in which basic training is given along with the can samples, design samples, simulations, samples and workshops and events. So today I will be discussing only about basic training because it's going to come in handy in the course also, as soon as I clicked as soon as I click here, see, this whole set of folders will be open, like introduction sketching, sculpting, modeling, massing, factories, assemblies, rendering drawings, machining, animation, simulation, patch, PCB CMP tutorials, lots of things are there. So we will be using this demo version. So this is already uploaded file by the fusion 360 team itself in order to understand some concepts of model workspace as well as all the other workspaces. So as you can see, in modeling, we will be using this one afterwards.

And this one, huh? And it's going to open the strumpet. Alright, see, as you can see, this is rotating. That means basically the file is loading. So sometimes what happens if you have a vehicle internet connection, so some complex files will take time to load. So let's skip it for now because it's already included in later on in the course.

Let's begin with model workspace. Now. See in model workspace, first one is that you sketch toolbar. in which all these commands are there, line is there. Three kind of rectangles 2.3 point center. Circle, five kind of circles.

Diameter center diameter 2.3 point, two tangent that means Between two lines, and three tangents circle tangent with three lines are three kind of arc are there three point arc Centerpoint tangent arc, polygon circumscribe inscribe an edge. ality their slot is their slot, I will give a demo of each and every one of these commands in the next lecture. This one is only introduction to model space. Next is spline fit point and control point, conical point you can directly create a single point in the sketch is very handy. Next is text. This is this kind of this this kind of textbook creates 3d geometry basically.

That means you can extrude it also you can cut it cut through using using this the text that is made you can cut any so far it's also anybody also and fellate is there Break sketchy scaling upset. As you can see this commands are not highlighting right now because this will be highlighting a student's sketches getting ready mirrors their offset is their circular pattern, rectangular pattern and sketch dimensions. Next is your Korea toolbar. As you can see, here also lots of commands are there, which are the highlights that you can also do just by clicking next to these three points. And you can pin this one to the toolbar. Right as soon as I clicked here, it got windier, which which one it was, it was a bit pointers playing.

Okay. And if I don't want it there, so I will unpin it from just like in Windows 10. What you can do, you can directly click on the on the applications that you want to do the same thing happens here you can bring it to the toolbox. Any one of them can clean it. Next is your create toolbar, in which you can create components that we will be discussing in our assembly portion extrude you can do revolve, you can do sweep, loft. These are the basic things that a student or Irish student who already went through AutoCAD training, he knows is the new thing.

It means it just creates a support between two structures that is there. As you can see here, it creates a thin feature that is normally perpendicular to the sketch plane hole is there you can actually create hole and for that, what I discussed earlier, we can use a point we can use a plank for creating a hole and thread is there. This is a very Very important command from which you can directly create create of certain specifications that we will be discussing in the coming lectures and boxes there you can actually create a box 3d box cylinders for Taurus, or you can create pipe it it's almost like a sweep with two profiles to do circular profiles and apart but it's very handy because you have to create just a line and you have to create pipe that that particular line or that particular shape will be turned into pipe.

X use pattern patterns have three types rectangular circular pattern on path, whereas their mirror, this mirror and this one, they are completely different this This one is for 2d. That means for your two dimensional sketch, and this one is what 3d is for your three dimensional sketch and you can see can also provide thickness means you can fill the boundaries. And last but not the least, you can create form that that that opens you sculpt environment. So, we are not going to discuss that right now. Next is your modify toolbar, where you can press pull you can provide a fill it to your 3d structure roofing you can provide them for shelf that means you can create shell, you can invoke a shell command and you can provide specified thickness to a particular solid body and converted into a hollow cavity. Next user draft scaling you can do you can combine you can replace a body and split phase split body allowed split, you can move and copy you can actually move or copy components or bodies.

Align employed materials physical materials right here only next you Assemble toolbar. Again you know you can create new component here, like here also, it's also given here also, then you can create joint as Bill drawing this all will be discussing the assembly portion in the assembly lecture and Dr joints motioning, since they are to define a rotational unconditional relationship between joints, but I don't so they have to specify a rotation angle or a distance value for joint degree of freedoms. And we can perform an emetic motion study here also, that will be explained afterwards. Then is dance You are a construct toolbar in which you can create planes different types of planes are there offset plane angle tangent Can we play lots of there and you can create axes also axes through cylinder, cone and Taurus axes perpendicular point axes through two planes exist through two points at least two edge.

Lots of things are they That means this is screw constructed. Basically just like construction and in CAD, right that facilitates your drawing that facilitates your 3d sketch. So this toolbar is for facilitating, that is your inspect toolbar, where you can measure the distance between two objects or distance between two points, you can check for interferences, if any interferences between selected bodies or components. Some analysis are also there for NBC. So then, in which a section analysis is the most important one in which you can see what is happening inside a body or you can just create a section so that you can sketch inside a body and this one is very, very much very much important as well as pivotal and vital because this particular command this particular amount of this particular About this metal bar component color cycling toggle, this fascinates you, this helps you to understand what are the different components present in a particular project.

That means, it basically provides it colors, different colors to different components. So that it will become easy for you to pinpoint which component is where that we will be discussing in assembly portion. Next is your insert toolbar, in which you can actually insert a canvas and you can directly start making your 3d sketch. Last but not the least, this is your main toolbar in which you can 3d print you can dialogue directly 3d print your design your schedule a 3d model. Okay, so this this one, I might include this one in the bonus lectures. Yeah.

Bonus features this will be there. All right. So thank you guys for it's the end of lecture one of our basically lecture five of the course and lecture one for the model space. Stay tuned. God bless
