Fascia is a sheet of connective tissue that is generally made up of collagen under the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and internal organs. When the fascia becomes tight, it is harder for your client to maintain an independent life as falls are imminent, and it becomes gradually harder for them to keep their balance. (Kade, 2023)
