DESCRIPTION: 
Nancy has been a client of our stress management program since its inception. She came to us when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. Being an only child, all of the daily caregiving responsibilities were up to her. Nancy's stress levels became so high that she became hypertensive and had severe headaches. She currently participates in personal training for stress management and our mind/body somatic classes. Even though her mother passed away in 2015, she continues to participate in our R.E.L.A.X.™ program. (Kade, 2023)
