Counting Meditation: Counting Meditation is an exercise that will eventually help to block out distractions. By concentrating on your breath and counting, you are trying to remain focused on the exercise. This technique should be practiced a few times a week. You will start to notice that you can focus better throughout the day. Counting Meditation may be practiced while lying on your back or in a seated position.
