So let's dive into chapter one to chapter one is really all about this idea of how we're thinking about the journey. Okay? It is the way I categorize chapter one is how do we get to the place where we have this, this negative in diminished perception of ourself. It's where this early concern quickly turns into debilitating doubt. debilitating that's how it was described. It literally can freeze us as the delay.

The delay we're experiencing this delay is colliding with our expectation. So with the way in which we anticipated something happening or experiencing the delay in this is how doubt is conceived in doubt starts to grow and start to take on You know, ownership of our thoughts in what happens is our self esteem and our self efficacy, our trust in our body weakens every month. Women specifically really start that rumination, what's wrong with me? What's wrong with my body? Why is this happening? We, in many ways start to architect our story.

Through this we start to create the story. And many times it's, it's anchored in fear with a lot of limiting and false beliefs. So we're creating the story but the story is built based on our fear that that that anxiety, and we really capture a story. And most of the time these stories have a lot of limiting beliefs. And as a result of that dictates how we then start to act. At the end of the day.

This chapter is where doubt steals what can be it Where we define ourselves by what's not happening. And I would just say that our bodies are sensing danger. They're sensing and feeling beings. xiety is a built in, I believe, truly that in all of these stories, body does respond. And I think the body is smarter than we believe in it, I think truly knows or in that right place. So what do we want to do?

What are some things that I can leave you with? Well, I think that we have to start by understanding the expectations and pressures, whether they, you know, whether they existed, whether they existed prior to even trying, or when you started to move into this process. How are these underlying expectations of how you see life unfolding in your timeline, how do they become unhealthy? How do they create a sense of urgency, where if this doesn't happen now, you know, it's It's every day we just everything's going to be screwed up. And this isn't going to go as planned and it's about checking in. And in the program we we cover the top five expectations are common across all the stories, it's a chance to dial in and understand how are those expectations manifesting in your journey?

Insight is extremely powerful. The second thing is that, how are we interpreting this delay? We're experiencing a delay, it's taking some time, the interpretation in personalization, and how that impacts our self esteem, our self worth and our self efficacy has to be checked in. Otherwise, that alone will put our bodies in a unfavorable state in a state of worry and anxiety. And then lastly, it's learning how to combat this dow Listen, doubt is normal, we doubt is an instinct that we as a species, Humans have to keep us safe. How do we actually combat this self doubt, as this anxiety is building in, we're losing trust with our body and our natural instinct.

So this again, this is a program that's this particular pieces is probably your brief 15 minute modules in terms of letting you hear what these stages sound like and Dr. Kate psychological giving you a lot of insight in terms of why we get to this place and then some self discovery things to talk about, either to journal or talk about as a couple, but it's about the way in which we're thinking and I give anyone a huge hats off who's going to listen to this and and take a moment and do some reflection in this area.
