Hello, and good day guys, it's can Gabriel once again. And today we have a most interesting topic. This is absolute realization, coaching and healing. And today's topic is intuitive and psychic exploration. Now this is a big topic for a lot of people. I understand why it's kind of tricky.

It might be territory that some people don't want to go into, based on some of the beliefs of the past. However, intuitive and psychic exploration is the most natural thing ever. It's something we're born with and born into. It's the basic nature of the beings that we are we are these huge fields that extend and actually touch and we interact with each other on a constant basis. So it's kind of hard to actually not be intuitive. We walk around and we bought seven people in the one mind, the one field and the answer reactions happen.

It's not something that we think about. It's just what happens. So sometimes you just get a feel like you just know. And you want to know like, why? How do I just know this? The truth is that within that field, there's all the information there.

And sometimes we forget our single minded or individual beliefs enough to just slip into that one field and sort and pull information in. And we're going to learn how to consciously do that today. intuitive and psychic explorations today. So I'm gonna get straight into exercises, because I believe the experience of it is way more valuable than anything I could say about it. I could talk about this all day long. But really, the experience of it is what puts you in a space of actually being able to apply it and to help others by applying it and that's what this whole course is about.

Right. So here we go. Let's start with the intuitive exploration part of things. What I'd like you to do is to relax for a bit. Taking some deep breaths and really feel into your center. That place where the breath goes.

Just feel calm, collected. let yourself feel safe. And in that space, I'd like you to allow yourself to imagine that you're just past the limits of your body. Feel yourself in your own aura, your energy around you. expand our orbit, expandable to three feet from your body. Let's continue to expand to six feet.

Continue to expand yourself, expand it to fit The feet are so further 50 feet more than 100 feet, keep expanding it, let it cover all that you could see in your surroundings, or that you have seen in your surroundings while your eyes are open. let it continue to expand and cover the city that has covered the country continue to expand, you've got a lovely space of expansion feed into any issue that comes up for you that you want to know about anything that you'd like to know about. Remember, you're tapping into the universal source right now. So whatever it is, that is going to come through is going to come through the most accurate way based on the complete timeline. In fact, it's actually out of time. But for now, we're going to use the timeline because it's what we can usually understand.

So here we go. Any issue that you want Generally wants to know just listening deeply listen to that space listen through that and ask a question what is it that I have to do in this situation or what is it that I want to see what is it that I What is my next step what is the next thing that I need to do to make progress in this area? What is the right decision we usually do things based on decision and decision is a funny word. There is choice decision is an illusion, but again for understanding we dial it down a bit, okay. But um, if you are ready to take that step, you can go ahead and say, What is my next choice, right? What am I doing next?

What is it that you want me or what is it called to move towards for my expansion? And so we started in that spot. Take it in. We asked that Question. Let me see if the answer in a simple, simple way, and this is all intuition is that faculty of listening to the expand itself. That's what intuition is.

So let's listen in and see what's there. Now that you've received the answer, don't count it. Just take it as it is. It is your true desire, and it's what they wants, therefore, you take that and act on it. No, that's what's required. All right.

So come back in, we're here again. Take that and move forward with it. Right now. You asked of the whole before you made your day before you made your choice, right. So now that you've made that choice, and you know, the whole was there in that choice, then the hole is supporting you. So anything that comes up that seems to resist or nudge you in any way Pacific direction, you must realize that that would be a contradiction based on your mind trying to switch up what what is destined to happen by your own election.

So what you're to do at this point is to realize that that is where you're headed. You've chosen to embrace it. And along the way, if anything comes up that seems contradictory to that. You must bless that situation, you must use your energy, as you know from before in some of the work that we've already done, right? You go ahead and you bless that person. You bless that situation, you share light or love, extend light to that individual, thereby putting you in a space where you correct whatever's in your mind, that makes you think that that's not the way to go.

Right because it is the way to go once you've elected to do so. You've chosen each of us with the whole it's your world. Do that. And that's all that is. So intuition. Again, it's lovely.

It's intuition listening inside, in tuition tuition from inside internal tuition. So it's tuition from the whole from you from back which is inside of you. So good. I love that you get that. That is how you are to teach intuition really. It's not some kind of magical thing.

No, it's part of your being. And it's clear and it's healthy. It's whole, it's complete. Lovely. So let's do that psychic exploration now. Now, intuition and psychic exploration are slightly different, but they're really the same faculty because again, it's based on the principle of one mind.

One mind being everywhere present. So, the psychic exploration, we use a special method to get the mind to thinking That it's linked to others, right? Because the mind can do that it can do anything. We know that, right? But we're actually getting into a state where we're more receptive because we believe we're more receptive, right? And I'm teaching it to you this way because I'm teaching non duality.

This is truth directly as it says, I'm not gonna try to spit anything, this is what it is. And so, let's go into this also by example, right? We'll go through an example right now. So again, close your eyes with me. Get down to the piece your route, right on by your pelvic area below there, you know. To to be more clear, right on between the place right beneath your anus.

Tada yoga, yes, you know what I'm talking about lovely. Get out there. Feel that irregularly. And think of a big red cushion. Right below the big red Cushing fire engine red with the best, something bright, right on top of that red kitchen, right at the end of your pelvis, your pelvic girdle right there. I'd like you to pick your big orange bar right below your belly button.

Right above the red bowl. There's that orange bar and it sits there as well. Above the Orange Bowl. There is no a yellow bar. This is called a will center. Orange, Yellow balls is right above the orange.

Let it sit right here and look at it. above that. There's a green ball. This is hard. It's green. It's above the yellow.

It's there. Yes. Blue now would be above that. And that's right at the throat area. A nice blue ball. These artists Lesson you notice already blue ball at the throat above the blue.

Let's go ahead and do an indigo ball right at your third eye area. A nice Indigo ball above that, a nice violet crowd. Good. So you have seven balls there. And above that, we're going to go above that three, about two feet above. I'd like you to put a big ball of white light, pure white light.

This is all in your imagination. But you make it real by your imagination. Remember, so here we go. With the whiteboard above there, I'd like you to allow that white line to fall down into your violet ball and it clears the violet ball completely. So the violet is running out of it and the white light is running into it. White Light runs further down into the Indigo ball.

Indigo ball is clearing no other white energy is coming in. That white light goes straight down into your blue ball. The ball has been cleared by the white light no as well. It's been cleared into the green bar the white light is coming and clearing or the green bar completely slowing down going down further down into the yellow. The yellow wall is being cleared, it's already bright, and it's getting even brighter now because of this lovely white light and the white light goes straight down into the orange or Orange Bowl is also clearing out. white light is coming down or the color is washing out.

It's white. It's going straight down from the orange ball into the red ball the white ball. The White is coming in. It's coming in and coming in. The White is running straight through the red and clearing out the last of the ranch tree top to bottom straight down to the life and soul Whole chamber No, it's clear white light. And we're going to take on white light.

In that chamber, I'd expanded to cover the entire body expanded to cover the entire field so no one is covered in white light. But the chamber still remains still the chamber, still wide light flowing through, straight up and straight down straight to heaven straight through the earth, connected through the galaxies and Cosmos completely, never ending. And so this beam of information is constantly flowing through us as our beam. Now it is easy at this point, to gather information and to have information come to us. So the psychic ability is merely the ability of being able to get back information directly from source, or just as under is that where we have the same apparatus as us, we can tune into their information by requesting it from them. We can do that in two ways.

We can ask them directly in physical form, if it is alright to receive a message for them. And they will say yes or no, we should always listen to what they say. And that way we can ask of their higher self that you receive a message for them. So it's really good to do the psychic exploration with someone else, because then you can do that. But since you're here and you're alone, and you're taking this course, you can go ahead and you're still LinkedIn. Even though we talk at all that we're still LinkedIn, we're still expanding.

We're still here, everything is gonna take your ability as someone that you want to receive some information about for some information about them. Ask them if it's alright. If you get to know the first time from someone or someone else that you know that you would like to get some information for. And as you get back up here, your air start to ring a little bit or something. All these are just side effects but the truth is, what is there and what is present. jump into it jumping a little deeper, and being receptive to start to listen.

Ask the question that you want and get the answer that you want. Get the answer again, don't don't take it as it is the universal for speaking to you right now. Take it in fully, embrace it. Embrace embody that this is a power that you have to it's a gift and it's there. It's a present You know if you've gotten the answer, relax in the knowing and use it wisely. Use the information that's been given to you.

But remember your purpose is always to bless never to hurt. So if the information is information that you do not like you can change your mind about it and help that person to move forward as well.
