My friends, by the end of this course, I would like to share with you a few final notes that are important in order for you to be able to design and again systemize not just design but systemize the culture that you want to see that you want to have in your organization to make it sustainable in the long term. And because building and sustaining culture again, it's a long term. So it requires us to have a long term mindset. If your mindset about building and sustaining a culture is a short term mindset, which by the way, a lot of people have it without they even realize it. Their strategies and everything are all short term based, not long term. But again, mindset needs to be long term when we Talking about culture.

Otherwise we're in different frequencies, then what I'm explaining to you in the previous videos, even it might not make sense if you're thinking in a short term mindset. So it requires us to have a long term mindset. The second thing, when it's the best time to start designing and sustaining your culture, the best time to start is always now, it's always now why because whether you design it or not, like I said in the previous video, whether you design it or not culture will exist in an organization in any organization. Organization culture, as you know, I'm sure start doesn't have to be something that is formally you know, printed in the wall or whatever I put it on the wall. Whether you design or not it will exist. So might as well design it Now, why does it have to be now, because the more you wait, the more you wait, the more you cannot manage the the culture that is being created that there are, you know, emerge in your organization.

And we need to be the one who managed the culture, what kind of culture that you want to see. And it will go to all direction if you just if you keep waiting and waiting and waiting to take action to design your culture. Of course, the best time to start is always at the beginning when you start the organization or the beginning of the organization. But what if that's not the case with your organization? What if it's already running for a few years, a few months or even decades? Well, it doesn't matter at this point.

So now is the time and by now it doesn't have it doesn't mean you have to like do it. everything all at once. gradual, gradually, but it's okay. As long as you keep the momentum, even if it's small step at a time, it's okay just keep the momentum going. But start now don't wait, start. Now, last but not least, the third one is the danger of not designing your culture.

There is an invisible danger I would say. Why I say invisible because a lot of people don't realize this. They only realizes later. When things are then when things went wrong when things went south. So, just picture this, imagine you're building a construction. If your foundation is not strong enough, can you still build that construction?

Some people told me Well, no. And I will say wrong. You can see built that construction and building that you want to build, however, up to how many levels up to how many floors, therein lies the danger, the invisible beings that I'm talking about. Because a lot of people say, Well, I'm not designing my culture, but my company is working, my company is growing, my organization is growing, yes, but up to how many levels up to how many floors of that construction that you're building. It's the same thing with it with the example that I mentioned in one of the earlier videos that this company the the CEO is also the founder for 35 years. And in the first few years, everything works perfectly.

The company is growing, the culture is flourishing, but because they never design it, and as the company grow more people, more clients, more money, more infrastructure, the business process becomes more complex. When you do not have a solid enough culture, then it's gonna become chaos and where your organization is gonna go, what kind of people that you have, what kind of culture that you're gonna create because of that. So it's dangerous, and it's invisible because it doesn't come right away. You will only experience it later on as your business or your organization grow as the business process becomes more and more complex. So that's why it's it's a danger because you don't realize it right away. Again, I keep repeating this, because I just want to highlight how important this is.

Because so many, so so many organizations are taking this for granted. It's working. Yeah, no, it's not working. Because again, when we talk about culture, it's something long term. So you cannot think it from a short term perspective. So it requires long term thinking, the best time to start is right Now, even though gradual, but still keep the momentum going.

And last but not least, make sure you do design it. Because whether you design or not again, once again, it will exist anyway the culture so might as well design it the way you want to see the way you want to experience.
