Hello, and welcome to designing and systemising organizational culture. I'm Alexandra Abby, Dean, co founder of I'm on my way. And I'm very, very excited to be here with you in this course. Because talking about culture, or not just talking, but designing, building and systemising organizational culture is one of the things that I'm very, very passionate about. I've been doing this consultancy with clients from different sectors when it comes to building organizational culture. And I'm very passionate, as you can see on what I'm about to share with you on the learnings, the insights and the strategy that I'm about to share with you on how to not just design but systemize your organizational culture.

Because you see, if you ask someone, whether it's important or not, to design or to build organizational culture, everybody will say yes, it's important However, the question is, how do you do that? And how do you make sure it's sustainable? Because culture is something that you cannot see. yet. It's something that you can feel and experience. So let me share with you the outline of how your learning experience is going to unfold throughout this course.

The first part before we talk and learn about how to design in systemized culture, it's important that we zoom out first and understand about identity, not just organizational identity, but even bigger perspective, about identity in general. And then we're going to zoom in, in the second part, talking about organizational identity. And then the third part, we're going to superzoom. And that's where the meat of this course is going to be. Then we're going to talk about organizational culture and how to design and How to systemize the culture that you want to build. But it's very important to have a better and bigger picture of understanding about organizational identity first and even before that, about identity in general so you can have a more comprehensive understanding, which will help you which will enable you to build a better and more sustainable organizational culture.
