Alright, now let's walk through some tips on how to really speed up your, your tracking and your calorie counting. And these are the strategies that I use that helped me count my calories in less than five minutes a day. Usually it only takes a couple minutes a day, because I use these shortcuts. So there's a few shortcuts that I'm going to show you. And the more you track your calories, so the more the more foods you enter into My Fitness Pal, the better you're going to be able to use these shortcuts. So let me explain.

The first shortcut I'm going to show you is when you're adding a food, let's say you want to add food for dinner. Don't try to search for the food from scratch if you've already entered it before, so if you already had something similar in the past, My Fitness Pal saves all of your entries in in these recent and frequent tabs. So you want to use those to save yourself time. So if you if you had something Recently for dinner, so let's say I'm entering my dinner. And I know that what I've, what I've what I'm having tonight is already on my recently used items. Let's say I had some white rice, quarter cup, eight ounces of chicken with coconut oil.

And let's say I had some steamed broccoli, and then maybe an ice cream, vanilla sandwich. That was my dinner. All of these are recent items because I've eaten them recently and I've recorded them. All it is is a matter of just checking them off on in the recent items and then just clicking Add checked. And now I don't have to search for them. There.

They're just they're there. They're already listed for dinner. There's my dinner. It's a 626 calories. It's easy. I didn't have to search for anything I just automatically recorded.

Just checked off the items from my recent items list. And and if you go back and if you're trying to add something else, for example, this is gonna This is going to show you what you recently ate for dinner. But if you're looking for something that you recently ate in another meal, you can switch it to all meals and then if you had something for lunch and you want to record it for dinner, you can enter it here also so, so that's a quick way to easily enter food items in My Fitness Pal without searching
