All right, the second tip that I'm going to share to help make your tracking faster is you want to use the copy meal function as often as you can, this is going to be even faster than selecting the individual foods from your your recent or frequent category. So let me let me show you an example. So let's say for lunch, I had this fat free cheddar cheese, Southwest chicken strips and then two corn tortillas. If I know that I'm going to want to record this exact same lunch for the next day, instead of going to the next day and adding all these items individually, I can click on this quick Tools link and select this copy to date. And now I can decide where I want to copy this meal. I can copy it in the future or in the past, but let's say I want to copy this exhibit.

Lunch for tomorrow. So today I had these three items. And now I'm just going to copy these two tomorrow. They're now for Tuesday, September 29. A day later, they're automatically shown
