Hi, it's me again. Before I launched the course, I did a test drive with a few students from my offline training. on the same topic, I noticed that they all started the work Friday, dedicating their weekend to do the course, which didn't quite work. It didn't work because I divided the content equally between the three days. And after discussing with them, I realized that the first day should actually be the easiest. So here it is, they want this is the day with the shortest amount of physical work, also known in the computer field as typing there, but it still makes use of most of our creativity and intuition.

In this day, we will start out by feeling the SDP questionnaire, which you can find in the attached files. Basically, the questionnaire is is the power of brainstorming to identify five to 10 skills. If you're really good at, then it checks the market demand for this for those skills and finishes by identifying which of those sought out skills you are most enthusiastic about. Not that we are not finding your life's passion here. It's a three day scores. So you only need to enjoy doing that skill for three days.

Some people know exactly what they want to teach about. When I started out, I enjoyed managing my time being productive and achieving results through long term planning. For me, it was a simple choice to start with a time management course, dellia. One of my students from the better version of the course, said she didn't know what she wanted to teach. She worked in the IT industry knew how to program but she didn't want to develop a complex programming course. I asked her what are you usually posting on Facebook?

She answered pictures with one book. And then there was Bose and the cooking class was bored. Don't think too much about what you're going to teach about. Answer the questions in the document, choose a topic and go for it. It's your first course and you don't need to be perfect. You only need to start.

So pause the video. Great. Now comes the part where you choose a title for your course. What people usually do is spend too much time thinking about their title. This is not the book. The title is not permanently written on your cover.

For your first course you can launch it, discover a better title and just change it to me the way most people want. To realize, and the rest on care. Of course, if you are already known in the field, and hundreds of people are joining your courses, then that's another thing. But here we are working on your first course, don't think act, I find the for you formula, the fastest method to generate great course titles. And in the PDF document, I show you exactly how to use it to uncover an enthralling title for your audience. So pause the video and follow the for use approach.

Next comes a simple read what teaching platforms you can use to redistribute the materials and the slang each platform uses. Why does he put your course on only one platform when you have the right to publish it on multiple sites. Check out other places you can distribute the course by reading teaching the teaching platforms document Time to pause the video. Let's do a quick zoom out here. What am I doing now? Instead of teaching only through video, I am prompting you to open the template and to follow it.

The course is designed in such a way that it cannot go further without you doing the assignments. You need to be all in. Welcome to Chapter Two. If chapter one was more about brainstorming topics and titles, Chapter Two is all about finding what your future students really want. figuring this out can be quite troublesome for your first course, when you might even lack an audience to begin with, but have no fear. The m&s questionnaire is here.

What's it all about? Well, it's a three step approach to finding out the practical solution for your audience's needs. The first step is identifying your audience, figuring out what they desire, and why would they want to take your call course then, we are getting into the meat of things and discuss how you can provide tangible results for them. If you figure that out, you're basically on the fast track to success. And finally, you're going to take all your answers and rephrase them into one sentence, which will summarize what your audience will get by taking your course. You can use that sentence as a headline as a pitch when talking about your course, or just as a reminder of what you want to achieve.

So pause the video and answer the m&s questionnaire. Please no more brainstorming. If that's what you're thinking, then you're right where you need to be. Now we'll be preparing that curriculum for your magnificent course. I thought long and hard about how to provide you with the best tips and tricks on how to Write the curriculum without letting you overthink it. And the in the curriculum autopilot template you'll find a sequential approach to creating an inspiring curriculum fast and without too much hassled.

First, you will read some recommendations, like what each chapter needs to contain some tricks to entice your students to watch until the end. And you'll also get the essential information that you must offer in the first and last lessons of your course. This helps you sort all the ideas that you keep in your head before writing them down. Next, I'll be showing the curriculum from my secrets of time course and explained how I launched that course in only three days from its inception. And now with the help of all this information It is time to work on your critical for this, I prepared the table that you will easily feel with your lesson name. It's expected outcome and an exercise or unique feature that lesson provides.

This guarantees dynamic lessons that link to tangible outcomes. You know what comes next right? Pause the video and create your curriculum. Congress. Congratulations. It's the end of the first day.

And you already have your course title, your course topic, your expected outcomes, and even a draft curriculum. So it's time to go to sleep right? Right. Not just yet. It's my Husky friend is telling me Just about now. You need to read your delivery styles document.

It's like a bad night story. So just before you go to sleep, click on the delivery styles, make your quick read and Oh. before you go to sleep, I would like to congratulate you because you have already done so much. You have a course topic, a great title, expected outcomes, a draft curriculum. I mean, come on. You're ready to go to sleep.

Now, he's whispering to me not just yet because you have to read one Little Thing, think of it as a bedtime story. It's your delivery status document. So just take a quick read, and then night BS. Everything I talked with you was read from a prompter, line by line. I didn't do any proofreading or editing, but I wrote the content and then delivered it by reading the script. But in the next footage, we are going to change all of that.
