Hello, and welcome to the substitutes willpower and reduction module of the simple stop smoking formula. All the topics in this module have focused on other quitting methods and why they don't work or have a very low success rate. I just want to make sure that you are still each time you having a cigarette asking yourself those questions. What's the reason behind the cigarette, giving yourself just two minutes before you smoke, just to really think about what it is that it's going to do for you. Following on that note, I did just want to give you a quick reminder, please do still continue to smoke as you normally do while taking the course, mainly because I don't want you to fall in the trap of the quitting systems I'm about to go through in this module, as it can certainly be a challenge. And I don't want you to have to have any challenge in this quitting.
