You are a human being who wishes you could understand and liberate yourself and the people you know; 2. You are a counselor/ pastor/ chaplain/ psychologist ready for a mental revolution; 3. You are wrestling with mental health issues in yourself, your family, and your network.

The course will explain the conflicting forces that drive people (you) to create and destroy mental, emotional, and relational health in ourselves and others. Competing explanations and solutions from Psychology, Psychiatry, Anthropology, and Theology will be explored. It's like doing a Jordan Peterson course with the logic path reversed. The 'Medical Model’ will be exposed and models with greater explanatory power and intervention potential will be described. This material will help you to more fully understand yourself, figure out what people are really up to, help you with difficulties you might have, and equip you to understand better and help others.

The course consists of 10 videos ranging from 60-90 minutes, with many pause points marked to take notes about your reactions.
