In this video, I wanted to talk about hiring a Content Manager to actually assist with bulk article creation. A lot of you, you may be watching this, and really you may not even need someone like this. But depending on what you're doing, I mean, I talked to someone the other day that was in need of someone like this. And I really thought this would be helpful to just add into this course. I originally found that I was running a service where I actually had to spend nearly $1,000 a month to have articles created. And I was essentially going on places like Upwork and Elance.

And some of these other sites and I just had writers all over the place. I would throw one person, some work, another person, some work, and they would all come back with like, different quality of work. You know, I was just kind of everything was all over the place. In fact, the first night, I was working on all this stuff. I had my girlfriend helping me to one in the morning, trying to get all this stuff organized. We had spreadsheets, you know, I was putting files in different places and getting files from different people.

It was just such a mess. I know that typically a lot of you, if you're just doing regular content outsourcing, you're probably not going to go and need, you know, someone to go out there and do anything in huge bulk. But really, if you do need anyone that's going to be, you know, creating tons and tons of content for you. What I highly recommend is going out and finding what I would like to call a Content Manager, someone that basically runs a team of people that they manage all that kind of grunt work of dealing with all the different writers, they've got a team of people and all you have to do is talk to that one person. I ended up finding someone on Upwork that actually manages a whole team of people. And I was able to go to them give them all the work I only communicated with them.

I had a good expectation of what types of quality to get back because she had a team of writers and she could gauge like based on the cost, how much it would actually cost me to get a you know higher quality article and She just delivered everything in bulk. You know, I didn't have to worry about, you know, getting one article from this person, another article from this person, people delivering at different times, I could say, I need all these articles delivered by Monday. And I need 10 articles on, you know, these different topics and they have these requirements. And then on that day, I would just have everything I need. I also, if you previously watched some of the videos, I showed at the beginning of this course, how you can go out there and train someone to use like a WordPress site to publish this content.

So in my case, she actually took someone on her team, and I made that training video to show them how to go publish content for me. And I was able to pretty seamlessly get things moving without putting a ton of time and effort into trying to manage all these different people. It really just starts to get very confusing and it's a lot of work and overhead to be doing this. So what I recommend is, if you're someone that needs a lot of content on a regular basis, I would highly highly recommend finding a Content Manager you may find you're going to pay a little bit more money for some of the content. But overall, it's gonna save you a lot of time. And you're just gonna have that one person managing it that one person you can work with.

And then you'll be able to kind of get a volume going and you've built a relationship with them, you kind of know what to expect from their team.
