I discuss the "you get what you pay for" quality when it comes to outsourcing content creation.

Transcript

In this video, I wanted to talk about pricing. And just kind of give you some ideas of, you know quality for the price of what you're going to pay for articles. Now in the upcoming lectures, I'm going to show you some sources of where you can go out there and actually find articles. But first, really, I just want to focus on structure and talk about some key points before you go out there and start spending money and investing time and resources into hiring people to write your content. Really, In this video, I wanted to talk about pricing and why that's important. Generally, you're going to find that you can go out there and find articles for probably starting, I'd say generally at minimum, around $5 per article.

Usually when you start that low, you're gonna get something that's kind of in the minimum of I'd say around 300 words and upwards of maybe 600 words at best for that kind of money, you might be able to squeeze out a little bit more for just five bucks if you're working with someone that's in like a foreign country, in their writing something you know, their quality really is just not going to be all that great. One of the sources we're going to talk about, which is fiber in an upcoming video, I'll walk you through that. But that site, I have found some pretty good writers that will do really great work. And we're going to kind of compare that and I'll show I'll talk a little bit more about some of that. But generally, what you're going to find is that the more money you spend, the better results you're going to get in the higher quality content you're going to get.

So you really want to decide whether or not what type of content you're looking for who you're going to be, what you're using this content for, really how what you decide you want to spend is going to be a really important factor in all this because really, it's if you spend $5 on something you can really only expect to get $5 back and the quality of work. I've actually been testing out, for example, having t shirts designed on the same site Fiverr you can get stuff for five bucks. And I also talked to another guy who will do one design for $35. But he'll actually like research the design, he puts a lot more time into it. You know, and that's something I have to consider for myself, if I really want a high quality design, is it worth it for me to pay 567 times the amount to get a higher quality product out of it, you know.

So that's really what you want to look at when it comes to hiring content writers. Make sure that, you know, if you're willing to spend maybe 15, or $20 on a really nice high quality article, possibly even a lot more, I've even been paid. I wrote for a magazine at one point where I invested 10 hours of my personal time into actually interviewing someone and then turning that interview interview into a fully fledged article and I was paid $400 for one article with an interview. So really, when it comes down to quality, you just got to look at these things. You know, if I were to work with someone to do that, again, I would probably charge that at a bare minimum. And that's because I know how much time and effort I put into something like that.

So depending on the quality, just really think about pricing and you don't want to kind of go cheap. If you You really want something that's going to be good quality.
