We used to work in the traditional working set-up and environment That is attending to work physically and do our assigned task on a daily basis. We used to work with a great company for the longest time since we graduated from College. Most of us still preferred to report for work physically not only because of the great pay but mainly because of the people you are working with. Working with people or colleagues is one of the great consolations of working personally and having some sort of face-to-face collaboration and interaction. We are meeting different people, different characters, different attitudes and with this, we became more mature in dealing with anyone else. Through this kind of working environment, we get so many friends. These are the only difference if we work from the office.
Compensation wise, there is no difference between working in an office and working from the comfort of your home because companies still offer the same regardless of the new normal set-up....
