The next thing really is staff. staff is anything any belong game physical item, and also money that will allow you to have the lifestyle that you want to have should be staff that serves a purpose and staff that facilitate the activities that you want to be doing in your life. As you can see, in this light, an extraordinary life should include only stuff that serves a purpose and a healthy financial plan that supports your lifestyle. So we find a lot of people out of our guides are trying to design their life around the physical below meats. Like a couple of weeks ago, I was having a conversation with a client, and then she was sharing with me the challenges that she was having because she has like three houses to manage. She has main house and then two cottages.

And then she was working really hard. She was sharing that she was feeling very frustrated and stressed. And then I was asking her questions, and then she was trying really hard to be Design her lifestyle to fit the things that she had, in this case, the three houses, how can I make this work? So I started asking her, like, if you don't have any of those things, what will you do? Like what do you love doing? What do you want to do with your time?

And then she started telling me, or I'm retired, so I will love to travel because before I couldn't, but now I have to, I have the money, and I have the time. But I need to take care of these things. And then I asked her, why do you have to take care of three houses? Is that a must? And then she never question herself that question. And it was very interesting, because then she realized, like, what I guess I don't need to have the three houses.

I guess I could, I could sell two of them and then I could downsize to an easier space to maintain. And then all the sudden her burns were almost gone. So this example just shows you that sometimes we are stuck with the things that we have and we're trying to make them work but maybe our lives Now the one that we want to have doesn't suit that. So please try to make sure that you are designing your lifestyle first. And then whatever things you have are suiting that not the other way around. As you can see in these photos, these are some before and after photos from previous that we have done with clients.

The truth is the majority of the times we get calls from clients, one of their frustrations is always physical spaces. And going back to that video of the basic human needs shelter is one of the basic human needs are we all have, we all need a home to live in. We all need to feel well where we live. We all need to be able to have access to cook food. So kitchen, we all need to have good rest sleeping so bedroom. So if you don't have those, those spaces set up appropriately.

They are functional and you have stuff all over the place, and that's distracting you and that's causing frustration. That's having a huge impact in your mental health. So that's why physical surroundings are really, really important. There is a very nice quote that we always share in our workshops and courses, and it's out from Crothers anonymous. This is an association out of the US. And it says that clutter.

Clutter means accumulation means having too much of something crowded means anything that we don't need, that we don't want, that we don't use. That takes our time, our energy, our space, and our stress. Our serenity, we believe is such a brilliant definition. Because you could have, for example, a very nice bicycle in your living room. There is nothing wrong with the bicycle. Last model, very functional, but you still bike in three years ago.

And now that bicycle is taking a lot of space in your living room. And every day you are frustrated because that bicycle is doesn't allow you to use that corner for something else. Maybe you are starting to do Draw and then you need to have your corner to be able to set up your email and and your paintings. And you cannot do that because the bicycle is there. But you know, why not get rid of the bicycle because it's an expensive item. And you know that the value that you will get if you sell it is not going to be high enough.

So in this example, that bicycle is clutter for you, because you are trying to do something else your life evolved, you biking is not something that you like or enjoy doing anymore, and that's okay. So you need to move on with. The next thing that you want to do in this case is painting. And you have to make sure that that space facilitate the activity that you want to do. So as you can see, staff again has to serve a purpose. The stuff that you have in your home and in your office has to support the lifestyle that you want to create for yourself.

And finances. Samantha was talking about work in the last video. They are very important because money is a big source of stress for a lot of our clients. So money's important and we include money in stuff because it's basically something that helps you facilitate the lifestyle that you need. So I hope this video was helpful. I hope you can now relate to if you have clutter or you don't have clutter, and then ask yourself about the things that are surrounding you.

Are you feeling some sort of frustration? Are the stuff that you have around you serving you, or are you a slave of that stuff and see you in the next video.
