EFT Tapping is a combination of psychology and acupressure. It's a powerful tool that you can use to help your body process and release stress or other emotional challenges, physical pain, limiting beliefs, and any traumas that your body may have stored and is manifesting in a variety of ways. While there is a process that is typically used with this tool, it's flexible and incredibly versatile. You can use this tool in so many ways and this is just one of the many ways you can use EFT to help yourself feel better. In this video, we tap on the side of each finger. Look at this image to help you identify the correct tapping point. Here's the process.

  • Starting on your thumb, tap gently 7-10 times. Take a deep breath.
  • Move to the next finger (pointer finger). Tap gently 7-10 times and take a deep breath.
  • Move to the next finger (middle finger). Tap gently 7-10 times and take a deep breath.
  • Move to the next finger (ring finger). Tap gently 7-10 times and take a deep breath.
  • Move to the last finger (pinky finger). Tap gently 7-10 times and take a deep breath.

Repeat 3 times. If you'd like, try this variation. As you're tapping, think of an issue. While you're tapping on each point, say the issue to help your body process and release it. For example, "this stress", "this stress", "this stress", etc as you tap from point to point.
