You're already breathing, right? Why not make what you're already doing (breathing) even better? The belly breath helps your body get more oxygen, use your breathing muscles, and feel better. Inhale, feel your belly expand. (Most likely, you'll notice yourself getting taller try to drop you're breathing into your belly) Hold for 2-3 seconds Exhale, feel your belly 'flatten' (Imagine bringing your belly button to your spine as you roll your seat bone under). Hold for 2-3 seconds
