Once you've determined exactly what the goal is, from this presentation, what you want the people you're presenting to to do. Now you got to ask yourself, what is going to motivate them to do that? What's going to drive them on that and I want you to brainstorm together with your team, you may come up with 50 ideas, 100 ideas, but then I need you to edit it down, to put things in priority to use your discretion and come up with the top five ideas. Not five big themes with 27 different points underneath each one, but five main ideas you really want to focus on in this present. I never find anyone who remembers more than a handful of ideas and sometimes it's one or two ideas.
