Welcome back to natural age reversal using products in your kitchen. Our next secret on how to reverse aging naturally, we don't want all that plastic surgery. We don't want all those toxic chemicals that are allowed in US beauty products. So the next one is argon oil. Now, anyone who's into oils, you're going to be like Felicia, you know put that in a see through bottle. I do know that I keep it in a dark place.

But I wanted to just show you that yes, you do want to transfer it to something dark, transfer it to glass because oil breaks down with sunlight. But I did this on purpose because look at the color of this argon oil. Many times when you get stuff from the store from the makeup counter, it's gonna say infused with argon Oil Shampoo with argon oil. You can use it for all those things. You can add drops to your shampoo to your makeup, we're going to make some makeup a little later, we're going to use a few drops. I want you to see this color, because a lot of argon oil is gonna be a very different color and those are toxins and impurities or has been cut.

Because most of the time you're not getting pure oil. If you'd like to order oils from me at body peace university, I get oils in when I have this class at a retreat, or I have this class in the Denver area. If you'd like to take the class in person and you know we go a little bit deeper and you actually use the oils. When I have those classes. I buy kits for my students and I make that available to you if you'd like it in your somewhere in United States, Canada or Mexico. I can ship there.

But you know, there's usually a six to eight week wait. Some people don't want to wait so you go by I'm open market. Go ahead. I mean, the oil sales are not really the mainstay of my business, I just like to offer it as a service because I know where to get the good stuff and at a more affordable price and you'll get it if you just kind of go out on your own, you can pay way more and it's not as good usually. Okay, so argon oil is great. It's can be used for many things.

So on my label, I like to show you what it can be used for. So I'm just gonna have a few things. Show you what a few things are gone nut oil is great for a night cream moisturizer. I just showed you how you can use Emu Oil for targeting your wrinkles. And then you'll just take a little bit of I'm sure my finger don't do that. Just have little cups or something where you pour a little out so you're not touching it with your finger because that breaks down here.

Oil and it'll have a shorter life. Okay, so pour some in here and then you put it just all over your face like a night cream on your neck on your hands if you'd like. Keep in mind that you're going to be sleeping on a sheet. So you don't want like to make your bed real messy. So don't kick it on but you want to put it all over your face or wherever areas you'd like to rejuvenate overnight. Okay, so you don't need all that night cream with all those chemicals.

This really works well. Alright. You can use it as a night night moisturizer. Most of my classes women take them but if you're a man, razor bumps, these are great. App put it on after you shave. Also men and women just use it as a hair conditioner.

Now you can use it straight uncut as a hair conditioner, but that's a waste. I don't recommend that you waste. You don't need that. It's so much more potent, so use some kind of carrier oil that's a little less expensive. It could be coconut oil or just the shampoo you have and just put drops in it. You'll notice many shampoos on the market say that they have Argan Oil right?

So this is it just put a little bit in there. You can use it as a nail moisturizer. I'm going to show you what that looks like because many of us buy oils in a what looks like a nail polish bottle. And it's really just oil and we might pay 510 dollars and it's about $1 worth of oil. Okay, I like to use a toothpick because when you get real good quality, uncut oil. Q tip is a waste.

So just put it right here on your nails. You can do it on your fingernails as well as your toenails. Put it right there close to the cuticle. And even that you see this little toothpick I did. All 10 of my fingers, there's still oil on here. So that's how strong it is you really don't need a lot.

All right, and then just rub it in. Now let's say you want to do your whole nail you're trying to grow out your nails or strengthen them or, or if you're starting to get fungus, there's antifungal properties in here and the oil that I just showed you Emu Oil also has antifungal properties. So you can use either or both for fungus, but if it's just a moisturizer, nails, you just rub it in your nail and look that little little part of a toothpick made my nail moist. I don't know if you could see it on here but it it's the whole nail is moist. Now from just that little bit of oil. This is great, great oil.

But again, most people that take my age reversal class, you know use it as a night mask. This can be use scalp and hair I braid hair and I put this You know I know different ethnic groups don't grease their scalp but African American women do we can have dry scalp so we do we call it grease but don't use actual grease like those petroleum products not good for for your scalp so you can actually at this point you do need a lot so go ahead and take a Q tip, dip it and then just put it in your hair don't dip that same q tip back, you can get a new q tip or again, pour some out a little at a time and then just put that all in your hair when you break or just after you shampoo and you can leave it you don't have to braid it but it's great for that.

Hair frizz you can you know there's hair oils can use it for that. One of the things I love and we'll do this a little later is we buy cream makeup right we have cream foundation cream eyeshadow, you want to use drop so this so now when you wear makeup instead of it Aging you is actually reversing aging and nourishing your skin when you make your own makeup using good quality argan oil all right
