The components of the Valued Self are foundational, always increasing in every transformational process and in each individual’s life. The Valued Self is composed of self-awareness, self-worth, self-esteem, self-love, self-confidence, self-respect, self-realization.
Forgive: When you realize that these old patterns, beliefs, and images are false, there can be a feeling of remorse that you lived these lies for so long. Forgiving yourself (and others) is an important component to most transformational processes and most especially to transforming a crisis of love.
