DESCRIPTION: If you are doing a bench press, you should be feeling your actual chest doing the work. If it's all in the shoulders you are wasting time in the gym. Mind muscle connection is everything. Can you feel the muscle working? This is the whole core of why I don't like just providing exercises. Maybe you feel barbell curls in the biceps better than preacher curls. That matters we don't want to waste our time.
