Hello, in this Java programming video, we are going to take a look at lift. So do you the lift is going to first import Java dot util. And now, we can create a list with the keyword list we name calling cause gonna stall Watson calls equals new ArrayList ArrayList like so. So there's two types of lists. There's an ArrayList and a linked list as well, we'll just have a look at both of them. So let's take a look right now.
So ArrayList and what we're going to do is cause to add something to it just to call the ADD and I'm gonna add a string and I'm going to play the BMW Okay and now what we're gonna do is have a look at using it so we could do de Tomic and then can be called no go is printed them all out if we want to access one at a time just to system system drives that the way we're going to use them but to just access one I should say this because don't get zero just get the first one and we can create a 400 o less than called ducks. And now we can just do system dot print ln cause dot get Tofino and this oh comment this one so we don't get confused and you print them all out myself. So that's you know now let's take a look at a linked list.
The link list is honestly, you know, the the creation of it is very similar and I'll provide a link that will show you all of the differences between, you know, an ArrayList and linked list and also show you the extra functionality that you can use as well. So this is just to show you how to implement it, but it's pretty much the same, just to call to call this call to tu tu tu, tu, tu tu Got a different one? Yeah, this one linkless now There we go. We have an array list and a linked list, obviously a linked list, you know, each Ray I mean, each element is linked to the next one was ArrayList. There's separate ones are one, know what blocks it I'll provide links that will provide you extra information. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out and I look forward to seeing you in the next awesome Java video.
