Simply put, hypnosis is a relaxed state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, also known as the alpha brain wave state. When utilizing specific tools at this relaxed frequency, suggestions are more readily assimilated by the mind. This means that you can really relax and focus while under hypnosis, and you can and will be able to do this for yourself after completing this course! In this day and time, many stressors knock at the door of our psyches, and it is a huge plus to have self-hypnosis in our toolbelts.
