We have great running water We have no war We get to buy food cheap( even good food) We have electricity We have good hospitals We basically can have and live socially an optimal life. However, if you live a recluse and lonely that is not socially well.

Having the energy to function all day with no need for a nap.
Having energy at the end of the day.
Having the capacity to learn, no brain fog.
Emotional Well being is :
Staying happy or neutral most days. No self-induced depression or negative thoughts.
Staying positive, not finding fault in yourself or others, or saying negative things always.
Take responsibility for your environment.
Chemical well being:
Opening windows Knowing the chemicals you use and put on your self including moisturizers Eating clean unprocessed...
