DESCRIPTION: When Food Sensitivity Testing may be important
People fearsome of their symptoms may be from food sensitivity. This is different from allergies, where you have an immediate reaction within minutes to hours. Sensitivity is something you get to see if you actually eat 20 out of the 21 meals in a week whole and healthy and you still have symptoms. ( this key- most people each 7 to 10 meals healthy) It is also important that you have done a proper medical detox
What kinds of symptoms?
Poor sleep ( this can be hormonal in women who are post-menopausal)
Aches pains and stiffness
Hair loss and weight gain ( again rule out hormonal issues)
Bloating sensation and bowel issues
Overall feel something is not right despite a great lifestyle
