These can be accomplishments from your personal life or work-related accomplishments. Take some time and list out some of your achievements. Be proud. Don't be bashful. If you completed this exercise while taking the Learning Module Overcoming Job Loss, feel free to use the output from that exercise. However, before doing so, try to think up of some more achievements. You might surprise yourself with what else you can remember.
