The seventh exercise that you can do, to improve your psyche throughout the job search, is to dress each day like you are going to work. Whatever clothes you would normally wear to work, be it business casual or formal, dress the same way as you would for work, throughout your job search. When you dress the part, subconsciously, it puts you in a better frame of mind. It feels more like you are working. After all, it is important to be focused.
