Are there things in your life you have been putting off because you haven&rsquo;t had the time to do them? For this exercise, list at least five (5) things you would like to do, and commit yourself to do them. It can be as simple as cleaning out your closet, spending quality time with a loved one, playing a game, having a garage sale, or taking a hike in the woods.
