You become more and more aware of what you are mentally thinking about the options and put how you feel about each option together to allow the emotions to guide you.&nbsp;
This creates new habits that actually mentally take a look at what you are thinking and can quickly put together the emotions to get the real concise clarity you need to move ahead with a decision.
You will also start to notice the automatic thought habits that have been defeating you;&nbsp;
It is always that a Thought comes first, then emotion, and then a decision or behavior happens.
No more will you go from a thought to an action impulsively, without instead including the emotion in it.
